“I was recommended here by a family friend (I couldn’t find an expert shop that works on lifted trucks in the LA area) and I was very pleased with their service. I scheduled for a wheel alignment ($175 flat) on my truck after getting a 3” level kit, upper control arms and new tires installed (done by a different place). Their communication from the initial phone call, to text/email reminders and in person customer service was excellent all around as they were very welcoming and professional. They had the laser equipment to properly align my leveled truck as it was off due to the upgrades. Overall, they’re great people to work with and I would definitely bring my truck back to them, coming from the Los Angeles area.”
“I had a scratch on my hood and based on all the good reviews on here I decided to check MCM out. Adam greeted me when I came in and checked out the scratch. He then went back in the shop to grab a couple things and had the scratch removed in less than 5 minutes. Didn't charge me a cent and had me on my way. Other shops I've been to before would scuff the clear coating and leave swirl marks, leaving you wanting the scratch back over the results of their shotty work, but Adam got that scratch out perfectly. Can't even tell anything ever happened, my hood looks factory fresh. All these 5 star reviews are no joke, this place is definitely the real deal. Adam you just got another life long customer, this is now my go-to shop for any car related issues.”

All caps were electrical taped and sealed up very nicely, for free shipping it also showed up at my doorstep extremely fast. 3 business days roughly. “I stopped by to let them look at my daughter's 2015 Toyota Camry. It was cloudy when I left home and by time I arrived we had real rain. I parked out front and went in. I met Maribel at the customer service counter. I explained I had right side front bumper separated from rest of car but didnt know if there was further damage. I asked for time to get it inspect and then give me quote. Maribel immediately got up and went outside in the rain with me, checked out the problem and asked me to bring the car to the front door. As soon as I moved it, she came out again, inspected it, and actually put a couple of screws back in place so it would hold and not flap around --- all while working in rain. she came in and gave me a quote that was way more than fair plus she told me her "band-aid" service could last several months or possibly a couple of days. Very straight and no games. I offered her "rain money" but she refused. Special Thanks to Maribel! She is super professional sales person who knows body work from beginning to end.”

“I contacted Seidner's Collision to repair my car after someone rear-ended me on the freeway. It was easy to request an appointment and get my car in for repairs. They were awesome at keeping updated on the progress. There was a lot of rear damage to my car so there was a lot of work. Would definitely recommend them they did a great job. My car was even done earlier than anticipated. In the future if i need any auto body work, I will be going to them.”
“Somebody hit my car while it was parked at the complex I live at. I believe it to be one of my neighbors who hit my car,and they did not inform me.
I had never been hit before, nor have I ever got in a car accident in my over 20 years of driving. So, this process of going through insurance for an accident is completely new to me.
Progressive is my insurance, and they made the process super easy. Sent a few pics, and the insurance claims adjuster took care of the rest.
They set me up with one of their in network auto body repair shops. Caliber Collision is who they sent me to. They sent my info to them.
Caliber Collision called me the next day to set an appointment to bring my car in. I bring it in at the time of the appointment . Right away, they looked at my car and gave me a rough evaluation of whats going to be done to fix it. He did inform me it could sometime to fix it. I expected about 2 weeks. I left my car there , that process of the appointment didn't take more than 10 minutes.
They assigned a specialist named Emily to my case. Every day, she kept me informed in detail of the progress of fixing the damage by text and call. In less than 6 days they fixed the damage. It looks good as new!
In this day in age , prompt , above, and beyond service is extremely rare these days. Caliber Collision is all of that. And I appreciate how they made this process seamless and stress-free.
