“I love living here! Going on my fourth year and continue to be extremely satisfied. From the office management through to groundskeeping, everyone does an exceptional job! Maintenance is always extremely responsive and quick to take care of issues. The rent is reasonable for Claremont, and continues to be a good value. I would highly recommend living here! A great mix of families, Singles, students, some retired - a great neighborhood!”

“I have been here for a little over a week and I must say the service from the leasing office and the maintenance crew has been out of this world. The communication is fast and effective and the staff gets back to me quickly and is super helpful. Living here has been amazing so far and convenient and quiet. I would give 10 stars if I could. SHOUT OUT to Luis & Andrew on the maintenance team. You guys are truly so helpful.”

“Upon calling for information on the Homecoming at the Preserve I was transferred to Phillip A. OMG!!!! He was awesome. He made the experience seemless and personally catered to what I was looking for. In and Out flat with approval and move in all within the timeframe of 2 1/2 hours. He's very professional and nice. Such a sweetheart and a joy. Glad he made this possible for me. Go see PHILLIP A. Couldn't be happier.”

“Mondo, in the maintenance department for Eaves San Dimas Canyon Apts, is super helpful and friendly. He goes out of his way to help the residents by fixing whatever is needed quickly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable and a good guy. ? Good job, Mondo!”

“I recently moved in to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The complex is big and really well maintained. Every time we call to have something fixed or maintained they send someone over right away. The leasing manager is also really nice and attentive. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. The cabinets are a little outdated but they are in good conditions and can be overlooked while still decorating in a modern style. The only thing I didn't like was that we have to pay for water and trash, the last apartment the property management group paid for that. But it can be overlooked with the amenities that come with the apartment. The street that the complex is located on is a pretty busy street and when you leave your windows opened you can hear the traffic but we try to keep the windows closed since the insulation works so well here. On really hot days the apartment stayed cool and I liked that it comes with central AC and a nest. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also a big plus and we were able to get a corner bottom unit. The other draw back is that the two parking spots are really far apart and whoever parks the farthest has a big walk. The other draw back is that due to covid we can't use the pool or jacuzzi. Overall, we are happy with the apartment and the neighbors are quiet and considerate and everyone leaves each other alone.”

“I lived at Woodbend Apartments for about two years. It's tucked away, so it always felt quiet and private. The people who work and live here are so kind. We had amazing neighbors, and it feels like a happy community. Despite living on the first floor, we never heard any footsteps or noise from our upstairs neighbors. Whenever we needed any maintenance, management was on top of it. Shelly is always friendly and ready to help with a smile on her face. The property is well maintained and clean, thanks to Maria. It could be updated but the two bedroom apartment is spacious, which is a huge plus.”

“We moved in last September so been here 15 months. Overall, we’ve had a great experience. I love the updates they added - the new dog washing room (amazing!!!), they redid the dog park, and the sports court center. It’s awesome that you can reserve one of the pool for when family or friends visit. The complex always seems pretty well kept. We appreciated how dog friendly the complex is since moving with pets can be stressful. The people we’ve met at the complex have all been super friendly. We’ve also never had any issues with maintenance. I felt every time we had a request, they were pretty quick and got the job done (but we never had any major requests so that may be different). The units also have a washer and dryer in the units. Some of the other apartment complexes we looked at didn’t. And I love that the apartment complex provides fun little opportunities for the community members.I did want to give Colleen a shoutout because she’s always so helpful/friendly!I also want to share some cons since it’s hard to find an apartment complex that’s 100% perfect. The biggest con is that the walls are pretty thin so we can often hear our neighbors talking or their music playing. Luckily our neighbors have been pretty respectful so it hasn’t been an issue late at night. Another con is that even though our unit was pretty cute, we did notice some of the previous remodel was cheaply or quickly done (not a big deal but wanted to share in case that’s important for someone looking). And lastly, I wish the wood boards on the patio were closer together. Sometimes watering my plants or sweeping the patio is stressful since it’s hard to avoid debris from falling into the bottom unit.Overall, we had a great experience and glad we found it when we moved to the area.I can update my review to include our move out experience since I did t read some of the other reviews.”

“The Daum lobby staff is absolutely fantastic! They always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their professionalism and sense of humor brighten up your day as soon as you step through the door. They are incredibly helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. With their lovely personalities and top-notch service, they truly make the apartment feel like a home. Kudos to the amazing staff for adding that extra touch of joy and warmth to every interaction!”

“After accepting a new job and having to find a decent place to stay last minute. I applied with another rental community who denied me over a typo. Not even giving me a chance to give explanation or supporting documentation because, "Once your application is denied, per our policy, you CANNOT reapply for another 30 days. And there is nothing we can do to help you." This was infuriating and discouraging. I called The Grove and spoke to the Property Manager, Yvonne. She treated us like real people and offered exceptional service. She explained the screening process in depth to make us feel comfortable enough to try applying within The Grove. Less than 24 hours, she texted us with the approval. We are excited and looking forward to living at The Grove.”

“Moved here in oct I love it so far , it's quiet, people are friendly! The women who work in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful, when you put in a work order they take care of it in a timely manne! The landscaping is beautiful they keep the area clean! My apartment is nice I'm very comfortable here”

“I moved to College Park apartments a few months ago and I am extremely glad I did. The units are all very nice and clean. Well structured, and luxurious. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer and a garage which helps a lot if you have a second car or belongings you want to store. I looked at a lot of apartment complexes in the area before making a decision but College Park was BY FAR the best option with the most affordable prices. In particular, the managers Alexis and Bryan were very helpful allowing me to view as many empty units as I wanted, to choose the apartment I liked the most. I think I looked at 5 or 6 before I chose mine. I call that professionalism. I also like to thank Christian and Kayla for being ready to assist with anything needed. Great staff. I would give it 100 stars if there were that many. I definitely recommend College Park Apartments. 100 A+”

“I've lived in many places after spending 20+ years in the military, and I've never seen a property manager and maintenance team as good & as active as this one.Spend just 30 seconds talking to Kimberly, and you will see how much pride she takes in making sure this is a great community.You will see Kim or Jose daily, whether you come into the office or not. They are checking the area, fixing noticable issues & they always have a moment to listen to resident concerns... or to simply say hello.A good review from me has to be earned, and this review is WELL DESERVED.”

“Been living here 5 years it used to be great but now it's time to move. This place has turned into a revolving door. They finally got good management. Security sucks a lot of homeless people get in here. I came home from work last month a homeless man was sleeping in front of my door.”

“*****I want to update my previous review, I want to thank Betty from the leasing office, since the move in morning she called me and did everything possible to help us move in and fix everything.I feel I can breath again thanx to her . My only complaint is corporate leasing office just needs better communication with people so they don’t go through a rough experience. We are now in our new home and all thanx to Betty, we cannot thank her enough for her patience, kindness and willingness to help us. Thank you Betty !!!If I can give this complex a 0 I would . First there no leasing office or anyone to talk to all is emails and texts which they don’t respond to. We applied for a 3 bedroom apartment and they first make you pay deposit and say you are pre approved, make you sign a lease and so then after they can verify your information after they took your money . My “move in date “ is tomorrow and till this morning when asking for a secondary id from my husband they say they are going to cancel my application. After they emailed me yesterday saying everything is approved . Had to send verifications multiple times . I had already set up utilities and renters insurance so they can tell me no now . And they can’t even respond back appropriately this I feel in a hostile place right now I am stressed , emotionally affected by them for false advertisement and false hopes . They can even tell me fully I am denied or canceled . And to top it off they will refund my money via a check by mail in 2 to 4 weeks I paid them electronically not in a check . Now I don’t have a place to live thanx to verano . Stay away from them . I will be seeking legal help for this place it is not fair what they do to people .”

“It's a good place to stay in a well gated community near to Western U. The staff and management is overall satisfactory and the community here is more or less calm. Also the views are very refreshing all around.”
