Awesome shop I've been going there for over 10 years. Love looking at all the different clocks he has in there. He does good work. Also great place to get batteries for your watches.

I left two messages but received no response either time. I've called probably half dozen times and no one has ever answered the phone. I have no idea how their repair services are but customer service is certainly lacking.

Always like to go in the shop and see all the different clocks brought in to be fixed. Takes him a while to get mine fixed but I know it will be done correctly.

The man is rude! Rude when we called after waiting 6 months and rude when we picked up the clock after almost 1 yr.

My boyfriend's watch he got from his late grandfather stopped working on Friday the 13 and we didn't know why. Turned out to be a battery change. The owner is the sweetest and i highly recommend him.

Walked in on a random Wednesday to get a new battery for my watch. Not only was the man nice & professional, he was able to install the battery and fix my watch correctly in literally 5 minutes or less for only $10!!!! you can't even get a deal like that going to your local mall, let alone done so quickly! 5 stars, highly recommended, 100% going back to him for all my watch needs.

My 50 year old cuckoo needed service as it was not running. Instead of taking it to where we always go my husband brought it here as it was closer to his work. BIG MISTAKE!! He dropped it off in NOVEMBER hoping to have it back by CHRISTMAS. Called in early DECEMBER, the owner insisted he told my husband it would be a couple of months. He was rather rude.I called in JANUARY, again he insisted that he told my husband it would take a couple of months and it wouldn't be ready until MARCH!?? My clock was picked up in MARCH but would just stop for no reason. We took it back. The owner said he would hang it up to keep tabs on it. After a week we went in to pick up my clock. He told us there was nothing wrong with it and insinuated that I did not have it hung properly or was not winding it properly causing the issue. I have been winding this clock for 50 years. He then went on how long they had been in business and how much he knew about clocks AND that he did not restore my clock but just serviced it....blah blah blah...so rude, so arrogant, so unprofessional. I told him I did not come in to his store to argue with him but to be assured the 100.00 we paid you and that the 3 months he had my clock that it would be in working order. We brought my cuckoo home, it still stops for no reason.What a total waste of time as well as being out 100.00. To take my cuckoo back for round 3 is fruitless. SO LONG, FAREWELL AMERICAN CLOCK COMPANY. Today I took it to where it usually goes for service over the last 20 years, a business that has great customer service,, a service record on my clock and they call me by name. Perfect Tyme in Glendora.

This guy is a LIFESAVER! I found him during my years as a student at the Claremont Colleges where he always graciously offered a student discount to change my watch batteries. I wanted to change the watch band on my Suunto hiking watch, after visiting three jewelers in person who each sent me on a wild goose chase and were unable to change the band, I knew I had to go see the master. He confidently and cheerfully got it changed out for me and charged half of what another jeweler had estimated even after saying they weren't confident they could get it done right. Also many interesting clocks to look at while you wait. Thank you American Clock!!

I always get my watch band adjusted and battery replaced here and never had to wait too long. When I brought in one watch, he was able to replace the battery within few minutes and I think I was out the door within 5 minutes or so. Friendly and fast service.
