Great service, super friendly. Had gone to another jewelry store in the Montclair Plaza mall to replace clasp and was almost charged $40 but they were very kind and fixed it in less than a minute with no charge. Thank you very much! ??

Tom is the best jeweler I've ever met! He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and just so pleasant. He helped me and my husband choose my engagement ring. He educated us on all things diamond-related so that we could make an education decision and purchase. 4 C's is the definition of a local family business. Claremont is lucky to have them! Thank you Tom for our beautiful diamond rings!

I cannot say enough how much I would recommend 4 C's!!! I came here to have my engagement ring resized and the staff was incredible. They were friendly and very knowledgable! They gave me a timeline of when it would be ready and kept me up to date with my ring! Thank you 4 C's for adjusting my ring for me!!! :)

This is a family business. By that I mean, don't be surprised if, once you enter the door, you will be treated like one of the family. Quality and service vie for top position. Seems like I want to drop off a casserole anytime I'm going past their door walking down Yale Street.

My side stone fell out of my engagement ring a few months after my fiancé bought it. After slightly reprimanding me, they replaced it for free. Two weeks later, it was loose again, even though I had been very careful with it and just work a desk job from home. I brought it in again and they once again said it was my fault that the gem was loose. Even though this was under a 1 year warranty, they said that they wouldn’t keep fixing it for free. After some disagreement they fixed it again. It is not professional to blame the customer
