I open my account like 10 years ago, I experienced bad costumer service on West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Santa Ana. However this location on Hacienda and valley gave me the best Wells Fargo experience and amazing costumer service.My bankers name was Sean Blanchard he took the time to answer all of my questions and it looks like he really love his job.If someone is looking for an appointment on this location I will recommend you to make an appointment with Sean he will take care of you.Thank You Sean pls keep helping people, you do an amazing job!??

They just don’t want to work!! 2 bankers available and they said I needed to make an “appointment” for the following week! and it was Monday! Then asked him to help me while he waited for his appointment, he then “remembered” it was time for his break..Horrible service, not the first time with a bad experience at this location.

The staff didn't work, so many people were waiting and told me that I needed to wait for an hour and a half! Gosh! Don't I need to work? Where is my life dying? I came to my account five times before I died, and it cost me ten dollars! Crazy!robbery!

What's the point of having such a big building... if they only have 2 bankers... waiting time to talk to one of them is 45 minutes... I don't think that's good service... the employees are very attentive... but he really has to do something with the manager..
