By 845 pm no show I rescheduled for Sunday 8 am by 11 no showed. You call corporate they call the store no answer. Same thing they did in early July. When sick with no car on disability they GHOST you and feel a Small discount on next purchase will suffice. Not true so no food until I order Aldi or Vons. Out of all drivers they employee no one could deliver 5 minutes away. Fire this manager of food delivery who never answers your call or concerns. I want to have my oil changed and left no oil change and insulted. He called me Sir and I said I'm a mrs. His reply was your one of those. I said while I'm not as beautiful as I was at 20 I assure you that I have birth three daughter and that makes me not "one of those" but just a mrs I've got short hair but have thick skin while it may embarrass if unintentional that wasn't the case here, it was bigotry and hate and all I was trying to do is change my oil. Shame on you Walmart alienating soccer moms and LBGT all in one. Got my oil change a block away $20 more not wait and nice people. Walmart know that I'm happy to pay more to not encounter prejudice and employees of low character

Around 9:30 PM on August 14th, my three-year-old son was at the toy section in Walmart, looking at a dinosaur toy and pressing buttons on it. A person named Eilee walked by and told my son he couldn't play there and told me just buy it go back home. When I asked why, she said it was store policy, adding that we were the only Asians in the toy section. Other kids of different ethnicities were also playing nearby, but she singled out my child. I asked why only my child, and if she could show me the policy, but she didn't respond and tried to leave.I asked her to call the store manager, which she agreed to do. I also requested her name, but she refused to provide it. I tried to take a picture of her badge, which she declined. During this time, she began recording me on her phone. I explained that I only wanted to capture her badge, not her face. Despite that, she continued recording. Eventually, I walked away, and she did too. I managed to involve two supervisors through others' help, and they resolved the issue reasonably. After checking out, I wanted them to ensure that my picture wasn't in her phone. I asked the self-checkout employee to call the supervisors. A third supervisor named Regina arrived. She immediately interrupted me while I was explaining and said it was all my fault. She claimed playing with toys in Walmart wasn't allowed. I mentioned that my child didn't damage the toy; he only pressed buttons, and many toys have "try me" features. She accused me of illegal activity for taking a photo of Eilee badge and said my child's play was also not allowed. She threatened to call security to have me removed. While Regina went to call security, the other two supervisors promised to check the security cameras. They agreed to help me immediately. It seemed these two supervisors held higher positions than Regina, so security didn't kick me out. While this was happening, there was an incident in the parking area. They took my phone number and said they would contact me tomorrow. I felt angry and frustrated. My three-year-old and I were just quietly looking at toys, and we were subjected to racial discrimination by a Walmart employee. During the encounter, Regina continuously blamed me without even hearing my side of the story. It seems that some Walmart employees need training or reevaluation.

The customer service was non-existent. I provide this rating in hopes the employees can understand how important it is to help guests that visit your local. I want to continue the existence of this location. Walmarts continue to have history of great prices but please make the experience pleasant. Some of us only have 1/2hr to complete our honey do list. Thank you

Review#306....How does This Walmart receive such low ratings?! That is beyond me. If I read others' reviews, I would never have shopped here. I'm only taking a star off for the insanely long lines, but now they have opened up self check out sections. I don't understand how they got way down to 1.5 stars? If it had to do with missing shelves during the Pandemic, well....that is just inflation caused issues. I only drop by here if I can make Early Saturday AM was due to pouring crowds at any time. I used to print pics here too which were $.29 per 4*6 print prior to the Pandemic before I switched off to CVS Pharmacy's printers because there's a CVS like less than 10min of a drive from me. Like everything else, there are alternatives.

Visited on 08/20/22. I don't come here too often but when I do, I spend a lot of time circling around since this supercenter is HUGE and literally has everything. This location sells produce, makeup, gardening items, clothes, toys, and so much more. I was surprised that I saw Pokemon plushies, especially the Torchics. It is very rare to find Torchics these days besides Amazon, so I purchased the last 2 on the shelf. Surprisingly each Torchic was only $11.88, and the ones in the mall (same exact torchic) is $25! I love Walmart because of the huge savings you can get!

THIS WALMART FREAKING SUCKS!!!!!! After countless bad experiences, i'm finally writing a review cause today just pushed me over the edge. First of all, this Walmart is always poorly stocked. Boxes are always all over the floor and nothing is ever in the shelves. Secondly, some of their employees CLEARLY hate their job. My last experience with a terrible employee, I was asking her to open the dressing room for me because she was standing there and she gave me the ugliest face and told me to go ask someone else. UM HELLO???? Today, I was calling to ask what time their return center closed and whoever was back there that was supposed to answer the phone, KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I know this because I would hear the store background noise and then a click. I called over and over and they finally just started letting it ring till it couldn't anymore. I persistently called and called and it wasn't until literally the 10th time that someone picked up. Pretty sure whoever kept hanging up on me just walked away and I kept calling so SOMEBODY can answer. This location really gives the corporation a bad look. They need new management or something because this store needs some major improvements with stocking and hiring employees that ACTUALLY work. Not all employees there suck though there's a really nice older man who always greets me so genuinely and is sweet. Management, you suck. Walmart @ City of Industry location, you suck.

No one answers any calls - been trying from 8:30am-10:30am which are normal business hours; not even any of the managers. Pharmacy answers but cannot do anything but transfer again to black hole. Terrible service.

This Walmart is the epitome of why I hate Walmart to my core and always refuse to shop there unless it is the absolute last resort. My friends and I roll up as Google claimed this "super center" was open until midnight. At 11:02 we find the door locked and Albert, a textbook/perfect Walmart employee, informed us they closed 2 minutes ago and that he wouldn't let us in. There was clearly a line down the aisle inside to check out - and we had two goals for this trip 1) Allow my friend to use the restroom which was at a critical level and 2) to use the minute key machine to copy a key so my friend staying in town could get into my house the next day. Not only was Albert unprofessional and inappropriate but was completely calloused to my friend's situation. It shouldn't matter if I was there to use the bathroom, to make a key, or to buy a goldfish - customers deserve respect. Walmart has always been considered the trash of America but time and time again this continues to be proven true whenever I try and give Walmart another chance. I hope Walmart reconsiders allowing such a rude person to have employment there.
