I was trying to pay my Southern California Edison (SCE) Electric bill at this store; as first time payer, the customer support girl said she needs a paper bill. I said we are paperless customer of Sothern California Edison so we don't get regular paper bill anymore.. but, I said, I have this memo letter from SCE that I can take this letter as proof. Still she was adamant not to accept it... I went home to dig my old file of house utility bills but can no longer find one. But my wife has a phone-picture of an old paper bill which I brought to the store. The same customer girl still insisted that she can't help; and as I tried to explain that we are paperless-customer of SCE, annoyingly shook her palms rubbing her ears and said, "I don't want to hear anything anymore from me". I was humiliated so I asked for the manager. The clueless and unhelpful manager asked the girl of the issue.... Then he came to me and said, "we need the original paper bill from SCE".... I explained to him that there will be no paper bill, coz it's paperless account, and I have a letter from SCE with my account number, my name, address; and he can compare it with my drivers license"... the unreasonable and arrogant WHITE manager insulted me by saying in front of may waiting customers, "WE NEED THE ORIGINAL BILL.. ITS ON OUR POLICY BOOK; YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE; YOU CAN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!" then rudely walked away.... I felt so small (tho 5'11") insulted; and can't help but think why were they rude to me? Was it because I'm old (68) with gray hair, only wearing jeans and T-shirt- and ASIAN? Then I go to another Walmart 5 miles away; and the girl at customer service helped me setup a-remittance-account after telling her my previous experience... I tried to show my drivers license but she said I just need the letter received from SCE. I know we are small-time customers and not so important to the WALLMART giants... they might not need our business... but people with no customer-relationship-skills should not be put in position where they will be bombarded with small issues and can't handle it in polite and professional way -- And put the store's image in bad position... (or maybe it's part of the policy book that bad management attitudes will be tolerated as long as store is making money?)

Trying to exchange baby clothes my daughter got for Christmas. The women at the returns counter told me due to the store managers policy - not Walmarts policy- they will not accept a return without a receipt.... EVER. No store credit, no exchange. I'm shocked this store manager thinks she has the ability to make her own policy? I'm currently on the phone with Walmart customer service and she is evening saying that's wrong and is going to fix this issue. So crazy.... Anyway the store manager is Shaura so if anyone from Walmart Corporate reads this hopefully you can address this with her.

I've been shopping here for over a decade already. It has a great stock of goods compares to other Walmarts.Daniel and Jackie are great employees. They are very warm and helpful. On the other hand, Regina was unhelpful and condescending. I was returning some shirts from my online order and she refused my return and said that my return needed to be boxed & sealed, not even bagged like some Amazon deliveries. Nowhere in the return instruction mentioned this. She told me I couldn't also get empty boxes in-store for me to reuse. Those empty boxes are just going to be thrown away, why be stingy, difficult, and accusatory about it. Regina + online order return process (ie. unclear on returns should be boxed and sealed) dragged this review down.

So I had a shopping experience here. During checkout, Daniel, who is a Team Lead, did not allow me to use Walmart Pay. I recently applied for the Capital One Walmart Credit Card, and I've been enjoying the 5% cashback it offers, which has encouraged me to shop more at Walmart. However, I was surprised when Daniel told me, "we don't take that here," in reference to Walmart Pay. It seems unusual that Walmart doesn't accept Walmart Pay.If Walmart Pay isn't accepted at Walmart, it feels like I've signed up for a useless credit card with zero value, especially since it doesn't offer much benefit outside of Walmart. This could potentially be a significant loss, and a like a waste of a credit inquiry and credit line on my part.

Around 9:30 PM on August 14th, my three-year-old son was at the toy section in Walmart, looking at a dinosaur toy and pressing buttons on it. A person named Eilee walked by and told my son he couldn't play there and told me just buy it go back home. When I asked why, she said it was store policy, adding that we were the only Asians in the toy section. Other kids of different ethnicities were also playing nearby, but she singled out my child. I asked why only my child, and if she could show me the policy, but she didn't respond and tried to leave.I asked her to call the store manager, which she agreed to do. I also requested her name, but she refused to provide it. I tried to take a picture of her badge, which she declined. During this time, she began recording me on her phone. I explained that I only wanted to capture her badge, not her face. Despite that, she continued recording. Eventually, I walked away, and she did too. I managed to involve two supervisors through others' help, and they resolved the issue reasonably. After checking out, I wanted them to ensure that my picture wasn't in her phone. I asked the self-checkout employee to call the supervisors. A third supervisor named Regina arrived. She immediately interrupted me while I was explaining and said it was all my fault. She claimed playing with toys in Walmart wasn't allowed. I mentioned that my child didn't damage the toy; he only pressed buttons, and many toys have "try me" features. She accused me of illegal activity for taking a photo of Eilee badge and said my child's play was also not allowed. She threatened to call security to have me removed. While Regina went to call security, the other two supervisors promised to check the security cameras. They agreed to help me immediately. It seemed these two supervisors held higher positions than Regina, so security didn't kick me out. While this was happening, there was an incident in the parking area. They took my phone number and said they would contact me tomorrow. I felt angry and frustrated. My three-year-old and I were just quietly looking at toys, and we were subjected to racial discrimination by a Walmart employee. During the encounter, Regina continuously blamed me without even hearing my side of the story. It seems that some Walmart employees need training or reevaluation.

Not one to complain about anything because I can understand what it's like to work in retail. But damn this was sad. Went to a aisle that had something I wanted behind glass. I waited 20 mins pressing the button every time the request light went away hearing them being notified yet not coming to help. After the 20 mins I went to find someone and they went to find the keys. They come back and nothing. So they call the manager for the keys. How he greets me is telling me they are about to close and I should leave. I've been there way before closing waiting for help and now he says I should just go. I ask him to open the case which he does and says "grab it". I say thank you assuming he's had a long day and he doesn't say a word. For trying to be so understanding of their job none of my kindness was returned.

I don't know why I come here, if I wanted to check my own groceries I would except to be paid for doing someone else's job. One cashier and 14 carts of people waiting and that's including my wife and me. My wife ask the person in charge "Can you please add another cashier we been waiting for 15mins to move up (there were several price checks). There were a few people who decided to leave there carts and leave, I won't repeat what they said. So we decided to do the same thing except we put our frozen foods back and went to Vons. They also had self check out but there were more people in line for the cashier than the self checkout. Guess what over the intercom a cashier says "3's a crowd and out of the woods here come 3 more cashier's help. Yeah I'm sorry Walmart but this might have been our last shopping days for groceries. Even Superior and Northgate have cashier's in the stands.

They keep some items locked and when you push the red button to call for assistance to open the glass casings, you need to wait for long and no one comes to assist. Why do they lock razor shavers? Very frustrating.

Review#306....How does This Walmart receive such low ratings?! That is beyond me. If I read others' reviews, I would never have shopped here. I'm only taking a star off for the insanely long lines, but now they have opened up self check out sections. I don't understand how they got way down to 1.5 stars? If it had to do with missing shelves during the Pandemic, well....that is just inflation caused issues. I only drop by here if I can make Early Saturday AM was due to pouring crowds at any time. I used to print pics here too which were $.29 per 4*6 print prior to the Pandemic before I switched off to CVS Pharmacy's printers because there's a CVS like less than 10min of a drive from me. Like everything else, there are alternatives.

Terrible customer service. If you find an item online at a cheaper price the store will NOT honor the lower price. They will tell you to purchase the product online and come back to pick it up hours later. Why don't they have common sense to take care of the customer that's in the store ready to make a purchase?Walmart you need to learn how to deal with price matching better, you lost a sale AND you lost a customer.

Visited on 08/20/22. I don't come here too often but when I do, I spend a lot of time circling around since this supercenter is HUGE and literally has everything. This location sells produce, makeup, gardening items, clothes, toys, and so much more. I was surprised that I saw Pokemon plushies, especially the Torchics. It is very rare to find Torchics these days besides Amazon, so I purchased the last 2 on the shelf. Surprisingly each Torchic was only $11.88, and the ones in the mall (same exact torchic) is $25! I love Walmart because of the huge savings you can get!

This is my go to Walmart. You can't beat the prices and definitely can't beat the friendly service. I frequent this Walmart usually between 9-11 am Monday-Friday. By that time the shelves are stocked and there's hardly any lines at the cashiers. The auto service is an additional convenience. They have great prices on all their services. Our area has only one local market, which is always on the higher priced side. Walmart to the rescue... I walk out with bags of groceries which would definitely cost twice as much at our local market. Thanks Walmart...
