Update, US Air representative reached out to me. I was compensated roughly $160 for diagnoses and repair of a defective unit from York. (8 hours labor)All said and done, US Air customer service is lacking but York quality is primarily to blame. Compensation was inadequate to the actual cost of repair and disruption caused by the lack of quality assurance at the manufacturer.

Wish I can give 0 stars. Horrible customer service. I bought 3 ton AC to install at supplement-making company. Since it's 3 ton AC, crane must be there to carry and install. When I bought the AC, the worker said estimated time of delivery was 9-11am. I asked a few more times to confirm that the delivery is really in between 9-11am since I had to get an appointment with the crane. The worker confirmed the time so I got an appointment with the crane company. And the time comes. Delivery didn't show up. Waited until 12:30 and had to pay extra for crane for overtime. I drove to US Air Conditioning to complain and the worker said "I said it was an estimated time." What?? Does he not know the definition of estimate? ETA was in between 9-11am. That means the delivery arrives in that time. Sounds like he just doesn't want to deal with customers but still wants to get paid. He was forced to call the driver to check where he was at and the driver said he will be arriving at 1:30pm. I rushed back because they will charge you if there is no one to receive the delivery EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT. Oh of course the driver doesn't arrive. Waited another 1.5 hrs. Talked to the driver how you guys were supposed to arrive in between 9-11 and had to pay $600 for crane for nothing and he laughs saying "you believe the ETA?" What kind of nonsense is this? I guess this company wants you to sit there and do nothing but wait hours and days until the delivery comes.

These guys are helpful over the phone. Didn't have what I need, but pointed me to stores that have it in stock. Wasn't on hold very long. Sent a text to inquire while holding, also got a reply later that day.
