Calling and calling and no one picks up! What's up with this place? Doesn't want to do business?

Got here at 8am and didn’t leave till 2pm waiting for the sales people to end a “meeting” so they can give us the motor we ordered

These guys are helpful over the phone. Didn't have what I need, but pointed me to stores that have it in stock. Wasn't on hold very long. Sent a text to inquire while holding, also got a reply later that day.
