I visited this Ulta in Walnut on Saturday, August 10th with my sister and was helped by a Jessica J.- an incredible, personable employee. Kind and patient (and so pretty!!), she helped my sister and I with the app while we were at the register to find the coupons we needed, was efficient with our asks, and made sure we were very cared for. Very happy with my experience & the customer service ☺️

As a non makeup lady I walked in bewildered hoping for some hair and makeup help before an event. The staff was friendly and helpful. They not only made me look amazing but took the time to work with products that did not irritate my super sensitive skin. The manager was leaving for the day but stopped to find a replacement shade for the lipstick they had used for my makeup but did not have in stock. Thank you Ulta staff!

Another well-stocked Ulta Beauty location. Customer service from employees is fine, not super friendly and personable, just standard customer service. A sales associate was helping find out if a skin care product I wanted was in stock in-store, but didn't follow through with me on if she could find it. I get it she's busy, but she still could've followed up with me on if she was able to locate the product or not.

The ratings at this Ulta location are true! Their customer service is exceptional and their salon is no different. The stylist, Janet E. did my eyebrows. She took her time which I loved. She mapped my brows and made sure my brows were perfect the way I wanted. She even placed cooking eyepatches underneath my eyes which was so nice and relaxing. Janet E., deserves a raise because her customer service is absolutely exceptional.

This is my favorite Ulta location. Plenty of parking, very clean and organized, the absolute best customer service and they always have what I’m looking for. Love that it’s a blend of drugstore and high-end.

Was having a great shopping experience with 2 other employees, right up until I paid and checked out for my stuff. The rudest employee I’ve ever encountered named Crystal idk if shes racist or something because she’s asian and i’m mexican. But she was not helpful at all basically almost threw my bag of stuff on the floor that I paid for, didn’t even try to hand it to me. Rolling her eyes at me and giving an attitude when asking a question, especially when I asked for her name. She should and NEEDS to work on her customer service, sad how disgusting people can act and be. Manager doesn’t know how to take criticism about her employee either.

I always shop at this location, always have a wonderful experience. Today a young lady at the MAC counter truly went above and beyond. She took the time(about 15-20 minutes to be exact) helping me to find the best foundation that matched my skin tone. (Olive undertone is a hard one!) Lily, you where AMAZING! Kind, patient, and encouraging…thank you for making me feel pretty!

I have frequented 2 other stores in the area and by far this one is clearly miles above the others. Crystal and Emily greeted me shortly after I arrived an gave me great service for my specific needs. The trial samples were plentiful and clean, and the shelves were stocked. Emily helped me choose a foundation and primer that are working great, and Crystal helped with the color corrector and cleansing balm. She also checked that it was my birthday month and offered a free gift! It is difficult to know what to get after cosmetic surgery. I did not get help from the other stores because no one was on the floor. In fact, 5 employees were behind the counter not helping customers who are shopping. This is a service I know people needs from Ulta. Thank you!
