Ordered headlights for Lexus which arrived with no working bulbs and test harnesses attached. GFORCE refuses to refund the purchase and sent pictures of damaged headlights that clearly were a different vehicle during the Amazon claims process.

2011 Toyota Tacoma. Purchased a set of Spec D headlamp for my truck. Just after one year when the warranty was expired the headlamp integrated turn signal stopped working due to moisture that somehow got into the lamp assembly. They won’t warranty their product after one year. They won’t repair their product. They won’t sell one unit to replace my faulty unit. They basically will not or can not help me.Their solution is that I purchase another set.No Thanks.I will not be doing business with a company that will not stand by their product or at the least repair faulty products.

I purchased headlights for my mazdaspeed 3, the came in damaged. I called sped D and was rudely directed back to the vendor. They sent my new headlights and people started telling me 1 had a yellow undertone and 1 a.bmue undertone. Alos, the med bar lens covers are starting to disconnect like the first set I got was. This product iis junk and your lucky to get a year out of them.

Bought a pair of projector headlights for a 2007 civic. Poor quality. Light fixtures that hold the bulb in came apart 4 months after purchase. Junk product… I recommend looking for something else.

Bought some headlights for my car and within 4-5 months of using them the LED light bar is falling off and no one seems to be useful in getting the situation resolved. I recommend going anywhere else if you want some decent products. Apparently when I sent pictures to customer service on what was wrong with my headlight the pictures are "too blurry". Crazy how much this place has fallen off over the years

I ordered some Spec-D lights for my 2019 Ram. I made sure that I ordered the correct headlights for the non-LED (halogen) OEM headlights truck. When they arrived they looked great. I inspected them as per the suggestion on the flyer in the box. I looked up the Spec-D Tuning YouTube video for installation as the lights do not come with any instructions. It isn't hard to install them but it is time consuming. The lights themselves come with the same connector as the factory so other than the turn lights they are literally plug and play (or so you would think). I checked and rechecked that I had the turn signal connector connected positive to positive and put it all back together. I shouldn't have done that because when I went to turn them on the head lights (low beam) did not come on. The led running lights/turn lights and marker lights worked fine. Had the breathing effect and the sequential turn signals and all. But the low and high beam lights would not come on. I verified that the bulbs in my old headlights were halogen. I took the lights out and checked the connectors and made sure a third time I hooked the turn lights up correctly and nothing worked. I reached out to both Spec-D Tuning (the manufacturer) and Pro Tuning Lab for support and they both just said to check the connectors. No other advice. I finally asked if I could exchange them for a new set. Pro Tuning Lab claims a 30 day return policy. I didn't want my money back I wanted headlights that work. Especially since I paid close to $700 for them. Well turns out they have very little willingness to help and seemingly every intention of NOT honoring their return policy as the stipulation is they must be sent back and you wait for them to be "tested" to see if they are defective. All the while you are stuck, out $700 and no headlights, not to mention the hassle of reinstalling your old headlights and then eventually if they decide to honor their policy install the Spec-D's a second time. I suggest you buy your headlights from Amazon where you can easily send them back if they are defective and get replacements in a couple days. I will never buy from either company again. With this kind of customer service I doubt they will be around much longer. They are not competitive enough on price or service.

I purchased $650 tail lights for my subaru. The lights lasted less than 6 month and Spec D will not respond, only refers to Rally direct where i purchased them. Of course Rally Direct only refers me to Spec D Tuning. Seems like a scam between the two. Disappointed in both companies selling such cheap unreliable products and leaving their customers hanging. avoid these guys at all costs i would have given zero stars if yelp allowed it.

I love spec d tuning! I got their Spec D Tuning catback Exhaust and it's just great, a little hard to install so I got it done professional but it sounds and runs amazing I highly recommend! I can't wait for the headlights I got to.

Condensation issues after just a few months, followed the FAQ and dried them, applied more sealant, and now dealing with condensation again. Tried talking to customer service and have been ignored.

I purchased a headlight assembly back in 2020 and have had nothing but problems. They initially ship the product to the wrong address and didn't want to refund my money for their mistake. Then when they get the right address and I put the assembly on, the low beam and led brow lights burnt out after a week and I had to replace them. But here's the kicker the lights that they gave me weren't marked! So I called and emailed them but they were never reachable, the mailbox is always full, and the emails don't get answered. Now a year and a half after getting the product I found out they SOLDERED some leds on the wires for the "halos" really it was my bad for actually trusting that they may be "professionals" The only reason I give 2 stars is because I like the design concept of the lights I got. Otherwise I'd say it's all trash and not to bother with them.
