Disorganized, long hold times, have to constantly resend faxes for same rx. They call stating we have to urgently respond to the fax they are sending then fax our landline incessantly and don't answer the phone. Currently at 21 minutes hold time to let them know their urgent fax is going to the wrong number. They fax us daily, they have the correct fax number.

There's someone who answers the phone that talks so fast and like in a hurry and I was not even finished explaining and she hung up the phone on me. If you want to keep your business your employees should be polite .. and should talk slowly not in a hurry. We have to wait or 30 mins before they pick up calls.

Whenever i need to refill my medication they keep me on hold for more than half an hour. Then when you're on the phone with one of their customer service employees they have the worst attitude you can imagine. If I could give this place no stars, I would.

It is 24/7 and never closed. BUT it only deals with Clinics,Hopitals Nursing homes etc. Does not deal with individuals.
