“My visit to this location left much to be desired, but there was a shining star amidst it all: Jaylene, one of the staff members. Jaylene's patience and dedication were truly remarkable. She stood by my side throughout the entire process as I sought assistance with an international shipment. Even when I hit a roadblock in obtaining information from the store's provided number, Jaylene went the extra mile to help me out. I can honestly say that if Jaylene is not present, I won't be returning to this location. Her exceptional service warrants recognition and a well-deserved promotion! Five stars for Jaylene!”

These guys are great, the entire team; Yamit, Edwin and Tony will go the extra mile and all with a smile! For the last few years, they've been getting high marks every since Yamit took over the place. They are conscientious of our quality expectations and allow us to preview our orders before printing the entire order. Old fashioned service here folks with very fair prices! “Printbyme made and installed an exterior commercial sign, an interior sign and an indoor decal sign on glass for my dental office. I was blown away by how amazing the signs turned out. I didn't know they could customize the signs as much as they did, and the materials and back lighting looked great. They even took care of the permits required by the City of Long Beach which which was something I really didn't want to deal with. I also expected the price to be a lot more. I can't recommend them enough.”

I told them the time constraints I was working under and they exceeded those very quick turnaround times that I needed. The quality was superb, even though I was asking them to print cards that were smaller and more difficult to do. “I took passport photo here and the process was very efficient. The owner has professional lighting set up for the photo session inside the store. He took at least four different shots to capture good shot. Afterwards, it took him about 10min to produce two passport photos. He photoshopped mine and made my face right and young. And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for passport photo.”
“Super late on posting this review but better late than never. This man saved my life! I had a networking event for my job and needed a banner with our company logo on it. I called a few place before him n they had a 2 to 3 day wait time to receive banner. He was available to do it on the spot all he need was my logo. I sent it over and within hour n a half o so it was READY! He also delivered it to me which is a big plus! Super affordable as well. Definitely recommend him if you need any type of banner!”
“I came in looking to get truck decals for my business done and they took care of me well. They made them very fast and had fantastic prices unlike another shop i went to in the area. The decals came out beautiful and they are very high quality and were cut very good with great clarity, I also had them install as well and they were very patient in getting it exactly how i wanted it and did it within the hour. I'll 100 percent be going back in the future for all my printing needs. They have forsure made a customer for life.”

“Entry for truck is in the back. This place is small but has bathrooms with free showers and snack machines for truckers. The entrance for trucks is not where the GPS tells you, you have to go on the north side and pass several warehouses of other companies and there is a small entrance without a sign or indications”
