This Shell/7-11 just ripped me off 10 dollars. The pump showed what the person before me pumped $34.98. I gave her 10 dollars and it didn’t reset to zero I went in and told her and she printed a receipt saying I put 9.99 in I told her if I put 9.99 in why is it showing $34.98? I go there daily and she wanted me to drive around and come back to see if gas needle moved. Bottom line if I put the 9.99 she said I put in why was pump showing 34.98 it never reset back to zero or turned on. I’ll buy my food and gas somewhere else now. Really she thinks I’d rip off 9.99 of gas and she wanted to give me a penny back. I told her she could keep the ten dollars and I’ll never go back.

The worker named smith was very rude with manners and it's not the first time he's rude and disrespectful with no manner and customer service skills. I live around the area and I will no longer be going to this location due to that worker's customer service

Today I went to this shell 4/10/21 at 5:45 PM to get a car wash and the money dispenser on the machine did not take any bills so I I drove to the front of the store and park when I walked in the The gas station attendant told me to move my car I told him I'm just here to get a car wash and I cannot walk far I have bad legs he still told me to move my car and to park in the parking places but I told him I cannot walk far I am handicap he did not care

My experience to bad wit two lady's work there around 3am and I tried to some air and refused to let me use the air pump saying that don't work!!!no cool only because they have the power to turn off the air pump don't know their name but never forget the girl with black hair and bich face!!!

Prices are okay, there's a full 7 Eleven. Car Wash strangely doesn't have soap sometimes.
