Kohl's is a wonderful place to shop at when there's a sale. Everything after the discounted price makes the item you are purchasing worth it. Customer service is always great and the store is usually clean and organized. However, I highly recommend for everyone to always check the price at check out. One of the reasons why I hardly shop at Kohl's despite their "great deals" on sale items is because they always fail to get their pricing right. There were multiple times when I had left the store feeling "ripped off" so I've always made sure to check my receipts upon leaving store and this morning was not exception. I found an item marked at $18.99 original sticker price, with a 30% off therefore, the sign clearly stated it would be $13.99 after the discount. I also had a 20% coupon from an Amazon return so my thought while heading to check out was "WOW, got myself a deal!" I scanned my items and applied my coupon, and the total came to $27.95. Something clearly wasn't right so I got a cashier to assist me. Her response was "The ticketed price is the final mark down price after all the discounts". HUH? Clearly, it sounded so scripted that a frequent shopper like my 75 year old mother would've agreed and just whip out her Kohl's credit card to pay. So I asked her to do the math and I questioned how I am being charged close to double the original price even though it should be $18.99, on sale for 30% with an additional 20% coupon. It took her a few moments to scan a few more items around us to "check the scanner", then she adjusted the pricing on my item and provided me with an explanation that sometimes the system brings up the wrong price. She was friendly so I didn't want to press further so I just informed her there were a few more on the shelves so she may need to check on those as well. I wasn't given a receipt but she told me it was "fine" and "you should be good". I guess she wasn't thinking there would be a possibility I may need to return the item or the difficulty to return the item without a receipt. I am very happy it is so easy to return an Amazon item at Kohl's and grateful for the coupon, but I think I will continue to hold off on being a frequent shopper here as there is something wrong with the pricing each time I do make a purchase. :(

This Sephora location is my absolute favorite! Their customer service is wonderful. They carry just about everything. But the reason I keep coming back is how kind and attentive everyone is. I just wish they would allow Sephora returns.

According to a lot of other reviews, a lack of good customer service skills seems to be the number one reason for low scores at this location, and now here I am having experienced this on numerous occasions as well. Some or the associates have a really bad attitude, while others are warm and welcoming. This imbalance in performance is what I dislike about coming here. Today, I walked in and asked a cashier nicely where the Amazon return was located because it seems to change each time I visit. With a stern voice, Rebecca said, "Just follow the signs, sir." All she had to do was point me in the right direction and tell me it was towards the back of the store in whichever department, but instead she chose to take the unprofessional route. There have also been other times when the people working the Amazon return booth were downright cold and insulting. One associate who is African American and wore glasses gave my child a mean look when my child waved and said hello to him. He just stood there, staring at my son and didn't say a thing. I was so taken aback, watching as he peered at my little son. The store manager really needs to put their employees through some good customer service training. They are here to help the customer and ensure the customer has a nice shopping experience. It can make or break someone's day.

Horrible experience. Was there for an Amazon return and had to wait in line for over 25 mins because one of the staffs in charge of the returns were chatting with a client who took all the time in the world to return a single item. They literally talked for 20-25 mins non stop. No help no solution. Everyone was waiting. I usually don't leave reviews on yelp but can't help writing this one.

I'm so confused about how rude that cashier was, while I showed her my bar code. She simply replied "this can't apply for you", without any check on bar codes. While I want to get a cash coupon, she says that it's not available, and I remember each time I get one, but this time I don't have with shopping 100+? Maybe outlets would be a alternative options.

Kohl's in the City of Industry is a large store that sells a variety of products from stuff that you need to work out, to formal clothes, and some beachwear. They have kids, women's, and men's sections. They also have stuff for the bathroom and bedroom. A new thing in this specific Kohl's is Sephora. It is not as big as the normal Sephora stores but they still carry quite of bit of items. I came here recently with the mindset of buying things I would need for my cruise in the Caribbean. They have many floral outfits and shorts I was able to buy almost everything that I needed from here and at a reasonable price! So if you have never been to Kohls you should check them out and maybe you'll be able to find something you need.

No one answers the phone after waiting a considerable time. I had to physically go to the store to tell them about my experience. On the same day, I found several cans of the item I needed were badly dented & still stocked on the shelf. I told an associate about it. If this store were not conveniently close to my house, I would avoid going there...! GuessI will have to start taking picture evidences next time.

This Kohl's is cool. It has a Sephora, an Amazon return center, and a variety of stuff you'd also find in your typical department store! Home goods/decor & kitchen goodies, check. Kids' shoes, toys, and clothes, check. Men's section, check. Women's section, check. Not as many popular designer brands like you'd see at Saks or Nordstrom's, but there's Nine West, Lauren Conrad, Vera Wang, & others. Oh, and did I mention that they have a SEPHORA? Come by, it's pretty cool to shop here every so often.

Always receive great customer service while shopping, whether I'm buying or returning items. Always find what Im looking for. I went shopping for a pair of shoes for my niece's birthday. This morning I returned my Amazon purchase to City of Industry Kohls. This was the first time that I have ever returned a purchase from Amazon at Kohls. I was impressed by a Kohls Associate, Riley. He was very patient, polite and professional in explaining the process. Thank you Riley for a job well done.

I enjoyed shopping at this location. Store is organized for the most part with a few messy areas, honestly its messy in some areas due to the shoppers. My cashier was friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back soon! I would say always look out for the good deals throughout the store. I was looking for some clothes for my grandkids and found some good deals. See you soon Kohls!

Honestly, I don't think I have ever seriously shopped here, but it's a great place for Amazon returns ! Very fast and convenient the Amazon returns are at the back of the shop. Just bring the item and the QR code given and you're good to go. Generally you get a form of coupon or Kohl's cash (up to $5) any time you return something. So the key here is to go on different days to get multiple $5 Kohl's cash because you can stack them apparently. A lot of the items are a bit pricier than what I'd usually pay but free $5 credit, I've been able to get hand sanitizer bottles, sprays, chap sticks, socks, many items on extreme clearance, etc. I have noticed that the stock is extremely variable when it comes to miscellaneous items that aren't clothes. Like the times that I have gone, the bath and beauty goods, jewelry, nail polish, etc shelves are completely bare, things are open or used. It looks kinda sus not gonna lie. But other times (much rarer these days) it's fully stocked and very clean. Service here is very friendly and nice though.
