I love this location in the City of Industry because it's a bigger building with more inventory and options. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The staff is great. I accidently left a box of candy there. I was there at 5:55pm for quick gifts. And when I got home, I noticed there was a box missing. I called the next day after work and they were waiting for me. I went (out of my way) to pick it up. And they gave me a bag of samples for the trouble... Now that was a sweeeeet way of making up for the mix up!! ?

I happened to be in the City of Industry on the last day of my birth month, September. I happened to stumble upon a See's store next to a grocery store and a gym...and guess what? I remembered that it was the last day of September and used that as an excuse to gift myself some dark chocolate treats.Sandra G., (and her associate), were so very kind and attentive after I let them know the occasion for my visit. I didn't realize until this morning that Miss Sandra had added a "Happy Birthday!" sticker to my pkg. Her associate gifted me some additional treats adding to this pleasurable visit!Thank you, Sandra G. & associate! What lovely representatives of a place that adds to the joy and pleasure to all who partake of any See's treat.

So how do I describe this place?.... Super delightful! The store itself is very clean and well presented. The here were or super duper nice and helpful. Like some of the best service I received in a retail shop as long as i could remember. The candies are sold by weight when picking out your own or there are various assortment and packaged goods. I've been eating See's Candies all my life, but I seriously don't think I've ever stopped into an actual store. Came here out of curiosity because I saw this place on the way back to work after lunch. I'm so glad I did.Like I mentioned, the ladies were super welcoming and friendly. I got a sample which I thought was delicious and I ended up buying a few of the candies. Just an A+ transaction and experience all around. Didn't think I was going to like this place as much as I did. Highly recommend.

The store was fully stocked and very clean. My husband and I were able to look around and decide what we wanted without being rushed. The ladies who worked there were very helpful and even gave us samples to help us decide! Once we did and made our purchase, they gave us a "goody bag" with more samples. Pleasant experience.

My daughter’s school had a fundraiser with See’s last week. The ladies there are always friendly and helpful. From dropping off our order, to payment and pickup, it was truly a 5 star experience.

This is the industry store. It's also used as a pickup for your fundraising. The ladies are so wonderful and helpful. For Easter they gave me these little individual bags to put my bunnies in with a Little See's candy ribbon.

This particular location has the best service ever! Today Carolyn helped me and was so patient and helpful with my indecisiveness and making really good suggestions from what type of pieces I was asking about. Total professionalism!
