Getting a hold of technical support is non existent. Monitor came in 5 months ago brand new and works great only used it a handful of times less than 10 and went to turn it on and had a blown LED strip across my screen when literally was working fine the night prior. This is a factory defect and Now i have a damaged monitor and Can't get a hold of anyone on technical support to use my warranty.

If I can give a double 0 stars to this company I would period I bought a 75 inch TV last February it's under the manufacturers warranty, Half of the the screen purple. I have called technical support I have called Customer Service they said they were sending me a new TV there is no new TV to send out they have nothing compatible to this TV so the check is in the mail that was over eight weeks ago. this morning I get an email telling me that the person is out sick who is able to issue me this cheque for a refund I have now been eight weeks without a TV. I have sent the letter to the corporate office to the CEO of the company and I get no response. I am hoping that the CEO of this company will see this and reach out to me and rectify the situation immediately. The Customer Service Manager will not even give me their name they tell me their name is CS, I am angry I am upset. I am paying this TV off I cannot purchase another one until this TV has a zero balance. The customer service manager told me he hears complaints every day he doesn't care there is nothing he can do. If you read this Mr Customer Service manager you should've got a better education and maybe you wouldn't be stuck as a customer service manager. This is the worst experience that I have ever dealt with in my 54 years. If somebody could kindly contact me I would really appreciate it I have an RMA number of 228230006Loriel Roldan

I purchased a $350 monitor from this company just over a year ago. It now randomly power cycles off/on. Because it is out of warranty they won’t touch it. Won’t bother to fix it. Customer service is atrocious. Don’t buy their junk. They will just rip you off.

Abosulutly awful customer service. Monitor I purchased has had an issue twice in under a year now. first time they took a week to respond and tried to say I wasn't reporting a real issue. They only gave me a number to send back the monitor with after pushing the issue further. Second time happening now, and I'm having to push the issue again. Despite sending a picture of the monitor, they're arguing against me again saying I didn't give enough detail to the problem. This is the second time I will be having to pay to ship back a defective monitor.

E225W-1920 LED monitor..picture went distorted with horizontal lines across five months into use.....they wanted pictures before processing warranty.

I don't understand why ppl give them 1 star review. I randomly bought one of their monitor online 3 years ago, because I didn't have much of budget for a monitor at that time. it's still working. I'm a heavy computer user for both work and gaming, the price and the reliability, I have no point to take a single star off.Although I wish you guys produce some more advance monitors like Samsung, Asus or Alienware kind of 4K 144hz gaming, or even WQHD ultra wide screen. I know you guys are trying to keep the price low to support low budget customers, but... for whatever keep up the good work!

Highly recommend, got a 4k monitor from them and love it. Customer service is really good as well. I threw away my vesa mounts thinking I wouldn't need them and they sent me a new pair for free.

First time turning on tv everything was great I played a music video to hear the quality of the sound and it was terrible the tv would fade the sound out to a very low volume (volume is on 25) and would come back to its normal volume whenever it wanted. Tried calling costumer support and nobody ever answers very disappointed with the tech support. If I could give this a zero star rating I would.
