Lovely front desk lady and so helpful when I've had issues! I love the ease of paying bills online with my bank account.

Don't use their service if you can choose. You need to pay for service charge EACH MONTH. What's more, the service charge is more expensive than the water itself. The representative will haughty answer your question if you ask them why there is a monthly service charge. They said the supply needed to be maintained and operated blah blah blah. Wait, the gas company and SCE do need to maintain and operate as well, but they don't charge such expensive service charge each month. I just found that if you pay the bill online, there will be a extra charge for it, it's around $2. I pay them on my BoA app so I am not sure if they charge $2 more. However, I am sure that the check will be sent back to you if you make online payment so you need to mail the check again to them ,even though you have made the online payment. In conclusion, avoid this company and find the other water company.

I would give 0 if possible and they definitely have attitude. No customer services at all.

Agree with everyone else here. Service is worse more than worst. It seems like a bad luck having a property located in their service area and we can't choose any other company for water. If they find out you have more than one property in their area, they will just combine the two accounts together??!!! Like is that even legal to do? Is it on the contract that they can do this to us? I asked, the supervisor lady didn't answer but kept saying that she already combined the two and there was nothing she could do. If you are reading this, it means that your property unfortunately happens to be in their service area too and yup expect the worst to say the least.

The other lady who rated this Co a 1 is probably the rude inpatient one. I have had nothing but great experiences with this water company. In particular with Grace who is a very nice very beautiful lady who goes out of her way to making any customers dealing s a great one. If your ever in the office be sure to ask for Grace . She's #1

Rude services that I ever seen before. I called in to confirm my account is close because sold of my house. The lady was very Impatient! I explained I don’t have the account number because I sold my house month ago & walk in the office with new owner to transfer the service under his name. She told me “Remember! You must have the account number before you made this phone call!” And ask me 3 times of “what...is...your...name?” Very slowly. Sounds I don’t understand what she says. No start greeting, no appreciation of the business. If you do have other options for your water service. DO NOT CHOOSE HERE! I wish i can give NEGATIVE stars

I would love to give zero stars! They have been working on our street for over a month and today they cut off our water for "30" min it's been more than five hrs and they left without turning it back on! I called the office and spoke to VICTOR LOZA this guy was very very rude. Speaking over me when I was trying to explain my situation and frustration instead of listening and helping me find a solution to my problem! Very bad customer service. He was very sarcastic. I am highly unsatisfied with his customer service and plan to complain to upper management. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be in customer service.

This company is a JOKE! Their system is archaic! You have to physically walk a payment into their office if you don't want service fees. You can pay you bills online through a 3rd party service but tread carefully. My payment got returned for no apparent reason and now I've got a returned check fee. And I'll have to go into the office to pay now with cash or money order. So inconvenient. This is the highest water bill I've ever gotten in my life!

I opened an account with them, they want $100 deposit in cash. When i close the account, they said they'll mail me the deposit check in 4 -6 weeks. So six weeks later, I called and they said it will be in the mail and you'll get it in 4 - 6 weeks. Then I called today which is at 12 weeks now, and they said said it'll be 4 - 6 weeks again. They are liars and would not refund your deposit.

This is without a doubt the worst utility company I've ever dealt with. They can't read a meter correctly and make almost no effort to accommodate their customers. After they misread a meter (which they do regularly) they don't re-read it to correct the problem despite promising to do so. But, their overall customer service is absolutely pathetic. They just recently began accepting payments online through a third party, but actually charge a $2.50 service fee to accept a $27.00 payment. This is the 21st Century folks; every utility accepts payments online and offer paperless billing to save money. Instead of paying the postage to send out bills, they should offer paperless billing, online and automatic payments at no cost to the customer to save money for everybody. It would also help their cash flow. But no, they're the laziest bunch of people I've ever seen. They're actually much worse than Edison and that's saying something!

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED LOL LIKE ITS BAFFLING HOW MEAN AND AGGRESSIVE THE LADY WHO ATTENDED ME WAS. I would AVOID coming to this location at all costs. Seriously, whoever this older lady with short soccer mom hair is needs to check herself. She tried to instigate that I was there to turn on the water on because they had just turned it off. Like ??? I'm barely moving in!!!!! What do you mean it's my fault? The landlord didn't switch the water bill to his name after having it open for over a month due to open house etc. I haven't even showered there or anything! The entire situation was handled very aggressively. She gave me tons of attitude, but of course it was the nice in me that kept me from going the hell off. In the end she ended up waiving my fee because she knew damn right that it was my fault at all. Any-who! Such a terrible experience, lol I don't even write yelp reviews but I felt like I really had to on this one!
