I've never even used this place, I've never even spoken to anyone there, but I'm still giving it 1 star, just because that's the minimum to get a review up. This is really a weird place; you call, multiple times. You leave messages and no one gets back to you. And this was all for me trying to book an appointment to bring my truck in for a repair. No wonder it's got so many 1-star reviews, well here's another. I can only imagine the horrible service I would have received if I actually did manage to bring my truck down. Why are so many commercial truck repair places in LA, so crappy like this ?UPDATE: I got an moron message back from "Allison", saying I should call Rush Truck Center to make things right...? I'd really have to be a dummy to call them up again, after I've already called and they didn't pick up, and then after I left a message and they still didn't call back, and now I'm gonna call again ? Use head and do some thinking. The time to care about customer experience is BEFORE they leave a bad review, not after. I'd never let these Bozos work on my truck

we bought an $18,000 engine that leaked coolant from a factory assembled part. I called dealer and left messages with Richard price , Ken Heritage and finally got ahold of Trish - she told me to call service -- Anthony said I had to bring in the truck for two days so they could look at it - and they may cover it- No Rental!! That was unacceptable.- At All Car Specialists our customers get taken care of especially if they spend that kind of money- We fixed it at our expense about $450- so we could get the truck back to our customer- BAD customer service!! BTW I never got a call back from the dealer-

When they say they warranty their vehicles don’t believe them. We have a 2019 Ford transit with now 30,000 miles that was leaking condensation in the cab in the past( It had less mileage then). Rush truck service pulled out napkins or tissues (I guess you can’t have napkins or tissues in a ford cab) I had to pay out of pocket for the repair (2,600) and ford corporate reimbursed me 6 months later (They got me for 80.00 on extending the warranty on the blower motor) Recently the blower on the a/c went out and only working on 4th setting. We took it back (mind you the trim to the head liner was dangling from their last repair). After a 335.00 dollar diagnostic fee (which I had to pay) Rush truck said it would be 1,235.00 to repair terminals and electrical that was damaged due to the leaking condensation. Rush Truck said they won’t warranty it because the tissues found previously. Our vans are kept pretty clean for being work vans. I make sure that! It’s not like we’re extreme hoarders filling the van with debris. I really feel that we’re getting shafted by Rush Truck because they really didn’t honor their warranty from the get go. I mean come on guys can a napkin really do that much damage to a ford? I also believed their vehicles are built less costly because we’ve had nothing but trouble with the royal body locking system, and like the other review our paint job started to flake. If you’re looking for longevity in your fleet, go elsewhere because you will not find it here.

I bought a truck from this place customer service is under zero. Under My truck completely rust I didn't see because they was painting under the tuck now I didn't received license plate I sent text messages I called but no one answer me just they are the best when you are buying truck but after transaction if you have problem you can't find someone for answer I recommend if you want to buy truck forgot this place

Just gave up and went to another dealer. Built a vehicle online and chose Rush to order the truck through. Confirmation from Ford said I’d hear from Rush within 24 hours. Four days later after hearing nothing. I walked into the dealership spoke to a rep. I’ll admit decent customer service. He said he’d speck it out and call me that day. It’s been three weeks. I ordered a vehicle with another dealership. Ford even sent me a customer service survey to fill out which I rated Rush poor. Seems like if your not ordering in bulk, your not on their radar.

VERY BAD SERVICE , my uncle and I arrived 10 min before they closed, since he wanted to buy some trucks for his business, so we went in and began to observe the trucks. Then a man arrives in his small black truck, lowers his glass and tells us "you have to leave now, right now"VERY BAD SERVICE I think that is not the way to treat your customers.

My father came here to buy two new trucks for one of our companies. To say that he was treated poorly is an understatement. I am truly upset at the customer service here as you should always treat your customers with respect and at least try to provide great customer service. If I could rate this place no stars I would! My father got there a quarter to closing time which I understand can upset certain people but business is business. He was yelled at to leave the building which Is super disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointed. I hope everyone sees this review so they know not to come here and encounter this horrible experience that we did!!!!
