I won't return to this store! The cashier with a very bad attitude and even threw the change at the counter! When I called the supervisor she was still rude and had a very bad attitude!! If you don't like your job, better find another one!!!! The only thing they are going to get is a bad reputation for their store and it is not good for the owners!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience! Not coming back again!!! Cashier had an attitude and was throwing the stuff and supervisor defending her actions and also giving attitude!!!! You guys don’t like your job go somewhere else!!!!!!

Today, the tall and slender male cashier gave customers a bad impression. He kept chatting with the female cashier next to him, and I had to wait for a while before he gestured for me to come over. After checking out he just threw the receipt into the bag without saying a word, which felt impolite and unpleasant. I've never encountered a cashier like that before.

Love to shop at Ross, you always find some deals. Better prices compare to the department stores. Certain items you will still need to compare with online prices, such as eBay, Amazon, etc. But, with online sites, you will need to wait for shipping.

Employees need to communicate better with clients. I was going to buy 4 different kinds of jewelries and not the cheapest kind either. I was standing in front of the glass cabinets and pressing the green button for help. I made eye contact with Employees and wave at them, no respond. 5 minutes passed, 1 female employee came over to open up a cash register and we made eye contact but she didn't say anything. Finally after 2 minutes, I asked if anyone was working in the jewelry department? She told me that I have to get in line first B4 they can help me. I looked at the line it was long! I told her this green signs with a buttons did say that. There should be a sign in here saying that instead of me waiting here wasting time.
