Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed a order.orderd 15x10 gm ralleys with 4.25 back space. Website took order and payment.2 business days go bye,no order# or tracking# had been sent,so I made the call, thank lord I did, once they found the order they told me 3 to 4 months out and I couldn't get the backspace I wanted.i canceled the order.i got my money back in about 3 week.that was the only thing I was happy with through this experience, which should be enjoyable because your buys cool stuff.went to a competitor had the same wheel with backspace I wanted In week and $150 less.i not sure how they stay in bussness doing bussiness like this.i thought wheel vintiques was a class act because I've heard and seen the products for years, but I won't put myself through that with them again. Buyer Beware

Ordered and paid for a set of wheels and they say 10 to 12 weeks. This was over 4 months ago. I call to check the status and am constantly told something different. I was told they had everything to make my wheels and were sending my order over to their manufacturing. After not receiving any updates I called back and was then told that they do not have the barrels needed for the wheels to be made. The guy tells me to call them back after the new year...and stated that they have some new things happening then. (Whatever that means) I am actually surprised this company is still in business if this is how they treat their customers.

I ordered 2 Wheel Vintiques wheels through Summit Racing in September of 2021. Wheel Vintiques doesn't respond to Facebook posts in a timely manner or at all. When I originally ordered it was expected 2 months to get the wheels. Summit Racing continues moving the expected delivery out 2 months at a time. I already purchased the matching 15x10 back wheels, about $600.00, from someone else so basically I can run mismatched wheels or wait for them to maybe send me my wheels someday. I will never buy from Coker Tire or Wheel Vintiques again and I don't trust Summit Racing anymore as they are not telling you when you order that Wheel Vintiques doesn't deliver. I could reorder the Wheels today and Summit would say they should be here in December. I talked to Summit Racing customer support last month and he said they have been waiting since 2020 for wheels.

Terrible. Took my order and money. Said 6-8 weeks before the order was ready. Started calling and emailing 2 months later. Phone out of order and be email response. Had to file a claim with the credit card to get my money back. Part of it is it was a plain steel 15x7 wheel for a Chevy muscle car. Nothing crazy, fancy, exotic, special sizing or rare car...and he could fill that?!

DO NOT BUY FROM COKER/WHEEL VINTIQUES! If you DO ever get an order, it won't be the right one, and NO ONE answers their phone. Coker Industries bought them out--and it has helped NOTHING. I ordered two Baby Moon Caps and blue powder-coated wheels for a vintage Airstream in February, 2022. In June, what finally arrived was ONE (??!!) Baby Moon Cap and two NON-powder-coated wheels. I have been calling just about DAILY ever since (let's say 80 times), trying to get them to send the missing Baby Moon Cap and either find my powder-coated wheels or refund me the $90 that cost. THREE actually-reaching-a-human calls in all that time, and NOTHING. This has been the single most frustrating "customer service" experience I can remember having. This should be EASY and it's IMPOSSIBLE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

***UPDATE*** Four of the five wheels have now rusted. Contacted Wheel Vintiques and was told I can take them to a shop to have them sand blasted and powder coated again at my own expense.

April 2022 by Tom B.
It is April and it has been one year since I placed my order with a Wheel Vintiques for Mopar steel wheels. About a month and passed since I originally placed my order and I heard nothing from them. I left multiple voicemails and then no response. I found out through the Internet car sites that Coker tire owns Wheel Vintiques. In July 2021 reached out to Coker tire with my problem. In a week Raul wit huh Wheel Vinti sends me an email stating my wheels will arrive in September. September came and went and I emailed Raul. He did get back to me he said I would see the wheels in December. When the wheels did not come in December I didn't bother reaching out anymore and it's now April 2022. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered 4 1946 Ford hub caps on March 7, 2021 on line.On March 8th a person named Raul called to let me know that Wheel Vintques was having a licensing issue with Ford that should be resolved by late May, mid-June for sure. On June 14th I sent an email requesting the order status and Raul replied by email stating unfortunately still waiting for the Ok to sell the caps. On July 20th I made another email status request to Raul, no response. On July 28th I emailed the customer service email and a few days later a return email that Javier that handles the customer service email was no longer with the company and someone would contact me soon. Nobody ever contacted me. On August 4th I sent another email with copies of all the past emails requesting they send me my caps by August 20th or I would cancel the order. August 20th came and went, no caps, no contact from anybody. On August 23rd I sent another email about how disappointing their customer service is an canceled the order. On August 24th I received an email from someone named Angel simply saying "your order has been canceled ". No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. I'm surprised to learn they are a subsidiary of Coker Tire. I'll need tires for my street Rod next year, will make me think twice about ordering from Coker.

I ordered some 15 x 14 inch wheels which I was told they would take 3 weeks to make. 4 weeks later I call and am told I have to wait for the outers to be made and then sent to them for finishing. And that would take another month. A month later 3 wheels (2x front rims and one 15x14 rim) arrive at the house ??????? I called the following day and was told they have to wait another 3 weeks for another outer to finish the last wheel. WTF?? After 3 weeks I had to call again and ask if it was ready and all he said was oh yeah I'll get it out and on it's way tomorrow. When ordering the wheels at the very start, the idiot hung up on me twice and denied it. The only decent person was the guy who answered the customer service line and found out the information on the 4th rim that didn't show up with the rest of them... I would highly recommend not to use the company or if you have no other choice order your wheels 6 months before you need them.

I wish I could give no stars. I have an order over 4 months old for (2) 15x8 and (2) 15x10 Steel Wheels. After a month I started to get impatient and began calling. I left messages but received no response. After finally getting a live person on the phone they indicated nothing had shipped because they were waiting for the hoops for the 15x10 wheels. James indicated they could ship the 15x8 wheels that were ready but that the 15x10's wouldn't be able to ship until 2 weeks later. I agreed to take a partial shipment but waited another 2 weeks before the shipment arrived only to find they shipped the 15x10's. I called James who indicated he would check and call me back... no response. After another two weeks I called again and James insisted they shipped the 15x8's and I was mistaken. I sent him pictures of the wheels and the box indicating 15x10. He told me "I'll have them send the 15x8's but it's your problem when they get there if you already have them." Another two weeks went by and guess what . . . I got another set of 15x10's. I called James, he didn't have a clue but advised that their suppliers machine that makes the 15x8 wheels is "broken" and he can't give me a date when I can get them. He advised he would place the order for the 15x8's and I asked for a copy which he said he would send. A week later and I still have no copy and no idea when my wheels will be here.

Short review: don't expect good customer service, or to receive your order on time (if ever). Long review: I ordered a set of wheels from the Wheel Vintiques website in December. I didn't get an order confirmation so I had to call 3 times... finally got a confirmation... only to be told my order would take 4 weeks to ship. This wasn't transparent on their website prior to ordering. I emailed them AND filled out the contact form on their website on the 4th and 5th week to check on my order. No response. I called them. I was told it would be another week or two. Frustrating. It is now March (February 29th to be exact), so it has been 11 weeks (nearly 3 months)... still no wheels. No shipping confirmation to speak of. I called recently, 3 days in a row, only to be told each day "we're shipping them out today and you'll get a shipping confirmation". All 3 days... they did not ship, no shipping confirmation. Still nothing. To summarize: if you expect good service, and/or to order wheels that ship in a timely manner, do not order from Wheel Vintiques.

What's cool about Wheel Vintiques? They make great wheels, wheel accessories, and applications for a variety of collector vehicles. And not cool? They manifest egregious customer service at THIS location and on the phone (and each time I called I made sure it was City of Industry, not their Tennessee-based extension). A little background: Wheel Vintiques and Coker Tire are both housed in this large building in a mostly industrial area near Los Angeles. Coker Tire is the main company while Wheel Vintiques is a subsidiary. So I called to place an order for both wheels and tires. They offer free mounting and balancing if you buy them together. One guy didn't know they did that. He even started to tell me that they wouldn't do that... The tire conversations that I had were a whole different story. I won't even get into that, but just know that they don't really seem to care if they make a sale or not. Ultimately, they didn't even have the wheels, etc. in stock that we wanted and referred us to other outfits from which to purchase them. And in person... they ignore you there too. No "I'll be right with you" or "give me a moment." Nothing. Just flat out ignore you. I tried convincing my husband to purchase different wheels, but he ended up getting a nice Wheel Vintiques-manufactured set through Summit Racing. As for the tires, well thank goodness Coker doesn't even make the size we needed. The folks in Tennessee are real nice to talk to via telecommunication, but I'm no where near their vicinity. Someday I'd love to check out their museum, though. Until then, if ever I feel like torturing myself, I'll just give these guys a call.
