My car had a problem and couldn't start with an error message ''Immobilizing action'' which seems to mean the car can't recognize my key. It happened 2-3 times a month and it lasted for a couple of months, and finally got it here to get it fixed, ending up paying $800ish for replacing parts, and now it's almost 2 weeks after and it happened again. It means nothing changed bwfore/after the replacement and the problem wasn't the part they replaced. I don't think they are knowledgeable enough to fix the problem. I talked about it on the phone and they told me to bring my car but I'll wait for it here bc I haven't taken a video that it truly happened, and try to see a bit more, and moreover I don't think they'll be able to solve it. But anyway I'm so dissappointed at this moment. I hope they'll get me a refund for wrong diagnosis and replacing parts in vain, and I'm looking for the place that has enginneers who knows what's going on and how to fix it.

Big Scam dealer sold me the insurance before I sign up JAN 7TH, 2024 and told me Tires, Rims and windshield All covered. BUT NOTHING IT'S COVER CHARGED ME ALMOST $300/MO FOR NOTHING. 2 or 3 days ago My windshield hit by a rock when I was on Freeway. I was at VW PUENTE HILLS AUG 6 AND AUG 7, 2024 waiting for almost 4 hours, to get insurance approved to replace my windshield but it's not cover ( It's cover for fix not replacements ) The financial service manager is no longer there so they can't do anything WOW. BIG SCAM!!!

If anyone is thinking about buying a car from this dealership,I advise you NOT TOO! They are typical used car salesmen and don’t care anything about the customer after the car is sold. I bought a used car in April. Before I bought the car the backup camera needed to be replaced and they did. However they did not follow all the steps to calibrate it to the cars’s computer and it did not work to the fullest capacity (it did not show the guidance lines that are critical). I complained and they insisted it was done correctly. I had to take it to a local dealer to correct the problem. I was told there were old codes that needed to be deleted and disconnect codes that needed to be corrected. This cost me an additional $338.82. I have emailed the salesman and sales manager about this matter. I have sent them a copy of the bill so they could see what had to be done to make the camera work properly. At one point the sales manager offered me half. But this is not adequate since they would not negotiate very much on the price of the car because of replacing the camera and I expect to be fully compensated for my additional cost. When I texted the salesman about this he said the half “check is in the mail” (which it isn’t). I have written several emails about this matter and now my emails and texts are being ignored! This is not a way to do business!
So again, I urge you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!
They have terrible customer service and don’t care about the buyer after the sale! They don’t even deserve the one star!!!!

Best car shopping experience ever. After calling around to take advantage of used EV credit everywhere else to be up charged add ons. I was giving up hope.
Enter PH VW I saw a few vehicles on the site expressed interests in a few met with Marco and when I say customer service was excellent. Not pushy with add ons the price I saw was what I paid with T+L and doc fees. Madhi the finance manager was just as great very transparent. I definitely recommend.
Thank you guys.

I had high hopes when I walked into Puente Hills Volkswagen, but unfortunately, I can't find any pros to share from my visit. From the moment I arrived, things took a turn for the worse. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted—a 2016 Jetta with Technology. However, the first salesperson, Krishan, seemed more interested in rushing me through the process than actually helping me.
Despite my request for a black car, Krishan led me to a silver one. Not off to a great start. As I was examining the car, he kept pushing me to test drive it, disregarding my desire to take things at my own pace. During the test drive, he had the audacity to criticize my driving, even suggesting that my dad should take over. It was beyond rude and completely uncalled for.
Frustrated and offended by Krishan's behavior, I made a complaint to Antony, the manager. To his credit, Antony attempted to resolve the issue and assigned me to another salesperson, Jimmy, for a second test drive. However, my experience didn't improve when discussing the price. Jimmy seemed to underestimate my knowledge, perhaps assuming I was ignorant because I'm female.
But the real kicker was when he tried to lowball me on the trade-in value of my 2011 Nissan Sentra S 4D, offering a mere $2,000 for a car worth significantly more. It was laughable and insulting. With such dishonest and disrespectful treatment, Puente Hills Volkswagen earns a solid one-star rating from me.
I wouldn't recommend Puente Hills Volkswagen to anyone looking for a fair and respectful car-buying experience.

Purchased a used BMW X5 from them and the car experienced A/C failure as I was driving home on purchase day, I got in touch with them to see if they could help to diagnose it and the basically told me that the vehicle was sold as is and they were not responsible for anything. BMW quoted me $2k for repairs.
I understand the policy but to be that rude and not have a goodwill gesture for a car to break down as soon as is driven out of the parking lot? Speaks of terrible customer service and they will knowingly sell you a broken car, buyer beware.

Buyers BEWARE! I regret purchasing my car at this location, I'm very dissatisfied. The staff here at this location, Sales & Service do not sell products and services with integrity. This is my review for purchase of my vehicle as well as the service. I need to be honest so the public can be informed when making a purchase here at this dealership.. Some of the reviews before mine, are similar to what I feel I have experienced. I was looking for a used car for my teen’s first car. I did an inquiry online and Tin Ma was the sales rep who did reach out to me. Tin is very friendly, attentive and genuine. He tries to get you the answers you need when asked. Tin did the typical car showing and test drive. The minute numbers come into play, you will quickly be whisked away to Adam in Finance. After I signed and agreed to finance my CPO Tiguan, a certain package was added to my financed total that I was not told of until after I signed. Adam added a package for me in which of course was added on top of the total of my costs, an additional $999.00. The package was something that I didn’t think I would need, but I did have to use it afterall. It did bother me that Adam wasn’t transparent to tell me what was added to my financing costs until after I signed. Now it gets to what I’ve been dealing with after purchase. I have not had my vehicle for a full 30 days and had to bring it in for a low tire pressure notification. First time I had to bring in my vehicle into the service department, was 7 days after purchase. I don’t see why I even had to do that knowing a 360 point inspection is repeated to you on a CPO vehicle several times during your signing. The low tire pressure notification was cleared and tires were checked. Nothing was brought to my attention about my tires or alignment at this first visit. On 1/4/23, I did get another notification stating low tire pressure again. This time there was a nail in the tire and I had to get that tire replaced. What really upset me was the technician report provided to me. The report states the tread is bad on ALL my tires and the alignment is bad. Recommended to get new tires and do alignment. In my head I’m thinking how did I purchase a Certified pre owned vehicle and all my tires are bad? I haven’t had my car for 30 days yet and I’m asked to fork over $1400 for new tires, alignment and labor?! I honestly felt there was some dishonesty here and I’ve been super discouraged and disappointed with my purchase. There is more to the story and I had to bring my concern to the Sales manager. Of course the dealership puts it back on you and what you signed. You really need to read the fine print. Don’t let financing rush you through your paperwork. Check the documentation dealing with extra packages, warranties, get the carfax report, check kbb, verify the 360 point inspection was really done and verify EVERYTHING on the vehicle had the service they guaranteed. Don’t be left feeling like you are cared about before purchase, then after purchase, “what’s your name again?”
1/24 as of today my CPO Tiguan has visited the dealership 4 times going on its 5th as I just found out My rotors were damaged and that was discovered by another credible shop. The VW techs who Certified this vehicle slapped on new brake pads with damaged rotors. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I have lost work hours and have had so much stress from purchasing this vehicle here.
