Salesmen were rude. I took my vehicle there to sell it. Gave me one offer then tried to switch it up and give me a lower offer. Then they agreed to give me the first offer again. Then had me sign all the paperwork and told me they couldn't give me a check until the following week. I didn't leave until I had a check in hand. Don't trust the used car buying manager or his underlings.

The support, customer passion, knowledge and expertise of the Puente Hills Subaru Team is amazing! Eddy Arvanitopoulos has been my service advisor for 8 years! Yes, I know his last name too! Hope I spelled it right! We have 4 Subarus given my family and friends! We all love Eddy! He can’t be beat! Violet is awesome and Carlos Cerna is our salesman extraordinaire! Thanks for having such wonderful staff and taking care of our cars so we are safe and supported! Bravo!

I absolutely love this dealership and the friendly team the makes getting into a new Subaru possible. I just traded in my lease with Dwayne’s help. I didn’t come in with the intention of leaving with a new Crosstrek, but Dwayne made it such an easy process that I just had to get it done today! I will definitely be a Subaru customer into the future just because of this amazing service from and incredible team.

I came here to finish the lease on my vehicle and move to purchase it. Usually this process is a pain but from the get go, Jesse Thomson greeted me and completely took care of me. No hassle, upfront, and easy to talk to. Since then, I have come back for regular maintenance and upkeep and he has always kept up with a fantastic attitude and professionalism. I can not recommend Jesse Thomson enough. You will not be disappointed.
