All the touchscreen machines have Wi-Fi problems And they keep raising the price honestly not worth it

Love the speaker, customer service is a total loss. Tried to buy a replacement remote because mine was dead in the box. Gilbert Rider blew me off completely, and I was unable to acquire a working remote. Definitely dissapointed.
