“Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades.I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. It was at about 2:30 PM shift and I can not stop telling my circle of people how happy I am to see such young people showing compassion and assistance thank you team”

“I made a comment on my last visit to Kohl's that I was unable to find what I was looking for in the brand, size and color that I wanted. To my surprise, I received an email from Melissa asking if she could help me. I gave her the information of the product I wanted. Next day she wrote back stating she had them and I could pick them up at the front register. At the register I was helped by Autumn who gave me a huge smile and asked how she could help me. I mentioned Melissa and what she had holding for me. Autumn immediately retrieved the items, I made my selections and she rang up my purchases and included my 30% discount coupon without my reminding her.
