Lowes has a large selection of items, everything is clean and neat in the store I get great customer service from andre Kim and Mike at the covina store .it's unfortunate due to the Corona that there is not as many people on the floor as usual but generally I still have a really good experience when I come in .

I like ? Lowes they have every thing you ? need for home ? and work need s and yard work came to this one because service at pick Rivera store no help with costumers I waited for 25 minutes and no one help me I came to this one I got what i needed and out in 15 minutes great service.

I am visiting from Colorado and I have not once experienced customer service like we have been at this Lowe's. We came to buy a new Blackstone grill for my dad on his birthday first off. Normally, there would be someone close by that would be able to assist with anything, no one was there. So we used the assisted button located in the area. We waited patiently for 10+ minutes till we walked to customer service to have someone assist us.
We were able to get the grill on display and head to check out. I want to say that there was only "Self Checkout". The worker tried to help us but due to no barcode on the item, there were some issues. First issue, his QR code was expired (don't know what that means). So he asked for another workers help. Then they said that we couldn't do "Self Checkout" and needed to ring us up.
They didn't tell us which register so we waited off to the side patiently again to open one up. We waited again for another 5-10 minutes as several employees were talking off to the side from where we were.
Once the same employee who helped us finally saw us, they helped us ring the grill and then another set of issues came up.
I informed them that we are not using OUR Lowe's card but they still tried to have us activate one. I also had the Lowe's app on my phone (Which I had opened and read to be scanned) but still did search by my phone number, which was odd. As we were paying, they continued to ask if we wanted to do the credit card which at this point annoyed me.
I said no again but asked for some assistance with getting the grill onto the vehicle. They informed that someone will be right out. As my father pulled the grill to the loading area, we waited for several minutes before we decided to do it ourselves as it seemed like no one was coming out.
Overall, the assistance was terrible. Informed the customer that help will be out in a minute and lying is unexcusable. This Lowe's has been the worst I have experienced. Would have given it 1 star but as someone who has trusted Lowe's for years in my military service, I will leave it at 2.

Showed the cashier a picture of what I wanted since it was outside and they charged me the wrong price and told me to go to customer service to fix it.

Was here with my bro, returning a damaged toolbox. Although, we were inconvenienced because of the back and forth driving, the end result was the issue being resolved professionally and to our satisfaction. The manager took care of us like one should. I can appreciate that greatly! Two thumbs up for her, although I did not get her name.

I prefer Lowes over home depot. It's brighter, more clean and employees are friendly very helpful and knowledgeable.
