First off, I am very glad I discovered this place. It certainly is a place to buy things for your restaurant needs. Other places are not as helpful. They carry a large variety of things. I have been there many times at different hours and the staff seems to be helpful all around. They provide me options when the item I want is out of stock. Their prices are good. Some things are reasonable but you have to get in a larger quantity - but that is how Costco is like too.

Worst place to get you restaurant supply. Make sure they don’t damage your purchased items when they dump your items on your car. They will not admit it or take any responsibility. Such incidents happens twice to us and the cars were filled with flour because of the broken packages. I am sure their loader work with a lot of anger with limited time given.Also make sure they charge you correctly because they can always claim that they made a mistake so they can run your card again after you left their facility without letting you know upfront. They often let people cut in front of you because they know the person better or speaks Cantonese.They always take a phone order when they are in the middle of your transaction. It doesn’t make sense but they do. I guess they are doing that knowing you are not gonna leave so they need to secure another order.Please don’t expect any smile since they always look angry with bad attitude, they won’t respect you as a customer or a decent human being. I don’t know if the owner is paying the staffs right since you always get what you paid for. You’d be amazed how can their business operate. We were speechless every time when we had to deal with them. Thanks God there are other supply stores.I don’t even know how they deserve this minimum one star given by the system.

My family has been going to LA produce for over 5 years. They provide the best price for all of our restaurant needs. The owner Tiffany is the sweetest person and her staff always go out of their way to accommodate clients needs. We will continue to purchase all of our goods through them.
