I am very impressed with the service I got from Pay WAI had 2 guns that were sitting in the garage for about 3 years I took them in to get serviced. KWA replaced all the seals Springs and orings. When I got the guns back it was like they were new out of the Box I couldn't believe how good they shot.. I am very impressed by how professional how professional I was treated and I'm very happy with the service I got from KWA..

KWA definitely offers the best quality airsoft guns known to mankind! My kid had an issue with his new Ronin rifle but KWA was quick to assess the problem and helped us with the fix! I cannot recommend them enough

My husband is a police officer and he loves dealing with KWA! I called them for an exchange one of their trial guns and the person that helped me was super nice and helpful. The law enforcement selection for their airsoft training guns are really diverse and their customer service is on point. I highly recommend this company.

Worst customer service. Once you create an RMA it takes them 5 days before you receive an RMA confirmation number. I have several KWA rifles and handguns. Unfortunately, my KWA M93r incurred an issue. After filing the RMA I personally brought the gun to their shop. I was surprised the customer relations person said that the gun does not have their "slide" and that it is "not" their slide. I was surprised and disappointed. I informed the person that I bought this original labeled Limited Edition M93r from their authorized dealer, Evike. The slide had a label as Raffica KWA with a serial number on it. But the person adamantly denied that it was not their "slide"! And that their tech will not touch the gun or guarantee the fix. Dissatisfied, I went to Evike and spoke to the person who sold me the gun and told him that KWA states that it was not their "slide". The person vehemently denied that what KWA said was not true and that the original label for Limited Edition said so. They never replace originally labeled slides. In short I am out of an M93r gun that will not be repaired or if repaired KWA wanted to replace the "slide" as well doubling the cost of the estimate for the repair and cost of replacement parts including their labor for the repair. Please share this review to everyone who loves airsoft and warn them of how KWA renders service to their own products and that not to purchase KWA products anymore or in the future!

3 stars, because last Saturday I bought a Beretta M9 replica that works great and a 1911 replica that jams at least once every game. Spotty quality, considering I purchased their top-of-the-line blowback pistol. I expected great performance and I'm regretting the purchase. Is there something I need to learn about this pistol to make it reliable? (Maybe, as a 1911 replica, the inherent unreliability of the real 1911 was part of the reproduction, haha. ) Would like to trade it for their Glock replica or another M9.

I ordered a gearbox shell from somebody on ebay and i got no screws, so i called KWA to get some. the 2 people i talked to on the phone were very nice and helped to guide me through what i needed to do.

Nothing but problems with KWA. Have had a KMP9 for 3 months and have not been able to use it. Buy one of these guns and you might as well donate it to KWA service department indefinitely.

Horrible customer service I sent my gun in 4 weeks ago.I still don't have it kwa doesn't even know when it will be done.They will answer the phone but if you ask them to do anything else they won't.
