This is a late review because I didn't know this store had a Yelp page. I wanted to share my wonderful experience purchasing jewelry at Kimpo Jewelry!I came in wanting to purchase an everyday gold necklace to put my jade pendant on, but I didn't know what kind of chain I wanted. Christine and Eric were so patient and sweet even though I lacked experience in purchasing gold jewelry. They showed me different necklace options for my pendant and they suggested a thin, gold chain necklace that was popular and similar to the Tiffany chain necklaces. I immediately liked the chain they showed me and I found the price to be very reasonable. I wear this necklace all the time and I don't remove it while I shower or exercise. I haven't noticed any tarnishes over the past year which was a really important criteria to me. I love how sturdy and versatile the chain is--I can easily change the pendant or wear the necklace by itself. I highly recommend Kimpo for excellent and warm customer service with wonderful lifetime pieces!

So happy we came to Kim Po! Eric helped us make my engagement ring and our wedding rings! I was pretty picky with the diamond and we visited Eric multiple times to find the best stone possible. The whole team was super patient, nice, and funny the entire time. Eric remembered us by name right away and it felt like seeing friends every time we visited~ Eric is very honest and I fully trust his input!

Eric and his family are great at what they do and the section of jewelry is always good. I've been doing buisness with them for 20 years, and still have a good time when I stop by to say hi. We have been going to Kimpo for the past 11 years and working with (Christine, Mel and Eric). I still receive compliments on my unique wedding set and We always refer Kimpo to all our friends and family and everyone has been beyond impressed and satisfied with their purchases / experience. Once a purchase has been made you become family. Went in today to look for a friend and they cleaned my ring and replaced a small diamond that was missing. Customer service at its best!!!!
