This was an absolutely wonderful place to take my two little granddaughters (4 & 6) when they visited from out of state. LOTS of fun things to do and they played for hours! Much larger inside than I thought it would be. Nice change for kids from just sitting with phones and pads playing games online!

fun place for the kids but alot of the furniture was very dirty and damaged. not to mention the bathroom walls covered in graffiti

I applied for a card but couldn't play. When weekends came, it said it was closed. I called and asked if someone else had booked the venue. Does it mean that the venue is reserved every weekend?

I checked the business hours on Google on Friday and went there.
They said it was a birthday party on Friday and the general public was not allowed in. Then shouldn't it be updated on Google? It's not close to my house, so I went there after looking at the information on Google, but I ended up wasting my time and my child's disappointment.
The facility management is clean and the playgrounds are changed frequently, but this system seems to be poorly managed.

We came here last week with our 4 girls
They enjoyed themselves
Online it says no outside food but there was a family who brought in McDonald’s .there are 4 tables and 3 were being used by a single backpack. So when the kids said they were hungry and thirsty they had to sit on the floor while the backpacks got a table so that bothered me. Eventually a mom came and took her backpack with her and the kids got to sit n eat

I am giving this place 5 stars because my kids had fun but they need to update their slide…my 2 year old daughter went to play and while I was there she went down the slide but it’s all metal and it’s really steep it caused her to hit her head and make her cry. It’s really dangerous! You need to add padding to it or remove it, definitely make it safe for all ages!

Had my son’s 5th birthday party here and everyone (even the adults), had the best time ever. We had the whole place to ourselves and the price was pretty reasonable. They allowed us to bring our own food and decorations and the party was 2 hours long with lots of time for the kids to get worn out. The staff were so friendly and the place was very clean and it is huge! The staff was there to help when we needed them, but mostly left us alone to enjoy our time with our guests. I recommend this place to all of my friends with kids any chance I get, book this place for your children's birthday parties, you will not regret it! We will definitely be back again for our next birthday party. Thanks so much jump jungle playground for all of your hard work to make our experience so great.

I come here often with my son, who has just turned 2. We’ve been coming here since he was 18 months old or so. It’s a cute and affordable place for the children to play! I haven’t had any bad experiences at this playground.
My most recent visit I noticed they have new slides in the toddler area that are soft and cute and my son loves them! They also have these new giant lego walls that are cute and functional.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was at Jump Jungle kids. The place was absolutely filthy, and the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no idea what was going on and were completely disorganized.The worst part was that the playground was not safe for kids. I was constantly worried about my child getting hurt because of the lack of supervision and poorly maintained equipment.To top it off, I made the mistake of booking a party here, and it was a complete rip-off. The staff were unprofessional and the whole experience was a disaster.I would strongly advise against bringing your children here or booking a party. It's simply not worth the risk or the money. Avoid this place at all costs.
