I had an amazing experience, shipped my aorus card in and the day after it was delivered got a call from the tech and had it fixed. They took a while shipping it back I think 5 days but it’s back in my rig and working just fine.

RMA'd a 5700xt for power delivery issues and after they decided it wasnt fixable, it DID take over a month to get a replacement but they DID replace it with a newer card that seems to be a new card and not a refurb. TLDR: replaced with a new card just took a while

Gigabyte P57v6 laptop was here for Service cause I accidentally broke the USB port. Gigabyte did not charge and was quick to assist. Laptop was repaired within 6 Business day and sent back. Great Service.
