I took in a Casio watch to get the band fixed, the guy was kind and he did a quick excellent job. They have a lot of jewelry on display.

We were a about to cook this meat, and thank god we were paying attention when we transferred our chicken into a bowl! There was was a worm in the chicken that we were going to feed to the kids. Unfortunately this is the first time, we've purchased bad milk from this location and bad meat in the past. This place keeps letting us down! Disgusting!

I went to the bakery department and I understand that because of Covid, we can't get our own bread. Totally understandable. I asked for bolillos that had just come out of the oven, and the cashier said that they're already pre-packaged. Right next to her, there's another cashier ringing up one of her own co-workers. She asked for bolillos, and right away they game them to her from the back! This is horrible customer service! Why even open up to the public when they're pretty much selling to themselves anyway.

My first time and last time ever coming here .. very poor customer service . I forgot my mask and I asked the security if there was any masks that I could get so I could go about my day and do some grocery shopping and he started yelling telling me to get out and not telling me where the masks were at that I could have easily got and he was yelling at me telling me to get out.. I asked for a manger and he was saying that there was no one in charge

Was at the seafood department at 8:25 pm the store closes at 10 asked the girl kindly if there was any way I can get shrimp which was all I needed she said a straight out no that she doesn't know where it is and there's a time where they don't hand out food anymore her whole attitude was way off like if she was in a hurry to leave which threw my mood off and I just wanted to get out of the store where employees are going to treat customers like that.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all right? This is a review on the hot food department at superior. I've ordered fried chicken at this department in the past. It's great for a mass quantity and tastes good. But this is the SECOND TIME I've ordered chicken at a certain time and both times they haven't even started the chicken. Why would you bother asking me the pick up time if it's not going to be ready AT THE TIME I REQUESTED? The first time I forgave because I understand that accidents happen, I've been in that position before. But you learn from your mistakes. And you don't repeat them, at least with the same customer. Both times I've come at my requested time and both times she's said I'm early. And both times when I told her what time it is, both times she's hurrying in a panic to make it. I'm actually writing this while waiting for my chicken... 20 minutes past pick up time. Rest assured I'm never coming back to this department at superior.

This review is based on the bakery portion of the store, the store overall has been serving me well for a long time. It's clean, organized, and prices are fair. However, after going to Northgate Market, I'm no longer coming here for pan dulce. On a weekly basis I was coming here to get pan dulce for my morning breakfast, or bolillo for sandwiches for my lunch. One day I was recommended the bread from Northgate Market and I can't go back to Superior. This is how low quality the sweet bread is, the bigote sugar falls off in the paper bag you put it in, by the next day you have a plain bigote. The concha falls apart be the time you eat it, and is hard 24 hours later.....The bolillo is small and gets hard in a few hours. If they were to up the production costs for better bread this would be the go to spot for me since its closer. Again the rest of the store is pretty spot on, no gripes about that. I have not encountered any negative customer service or anything else anyone here has complained about, yet.

My name is Gloria Ortega 15331 East Madison St. LA PUENTE California it is a Tuesday 430 o'clock in the afternoon so on this day my day off I go to Superior here in Hacienda and Valley to shop for my dinner and to make my lunches for the week for work it took me an hour an hour to pick up my groceries As I was putting my groceries on the conveyor for customers down the ATM machine wasn't functioning so the gentleman stood to the side and was waiting for the machine to come back on and me meanwhile two customers went through when it was my turn to get up to the register the young man he did not inform me that the machine ATM was not working at this time that it would I would need to pay cash he didn't say nothing nothing I asked him young man is the machine back on he replied no I said then ring me up tell me how much it is so I can go to your ATM and get some cash back so I can come back with some cash almost 99% of stores have an ATM by the door I asked him what is your ATM he says oh down over there by the tortillas so I went over there looked all over the place no machine so I went back to my to the register and said excuse me I cannot find the ATM machine over there oh you have to go outside of the store go all the way down to the corner to what used to be the donut shop and that's where it's at I said are you kidding me why couldn't you have said that to begin with so the point to all this is the young man on register three at 430 Superior Valley and Hacienda was unhelpful totally Unhelpful so I started off to go to the machine and I said oh my gosh I've just been walking for an hour in the store I stood in the register for another half an hour because it wasn't working then he sending me off to way over there who knows where to go get money from the ATM I said forget it so I went home I don't have nothing to make dinner I don't have nothing to make for my lunches I just think that that was so unprofessional I get it absolutely no stars for customer service zero

I've been in this grocery store 3x, and I like how the aisles are always cleaned and organized accordingly. Also, they have huge signs for each aisle so its a lot easier to find the items you are looking for. The only downside is the restrooms, I've used it twice and they're filthy with papers on the floor. Paper towels not being replenished and the toilet itself is awful.

Worst place to buy meat do not buy from them! This Is the second time we buy work to make posole And they got the whole family sick for three days. I cannot believe they sell bad to meet to their customers. It smells horrible. The first time we talked to the manager and she wanted us to bring the pork back to her in a bag after we threw it away. We decided to give it a second shot and it smelled exactly the same. We thought maybe pork smelled like that. How could they have bad meat again? Anyways we made the posole. EVERYONE got sick. I'm talking stomach flue for days ....
