I was gifted a table set that didn't have the hardware inside. I wasn't able to get the warranty information but I was able to reach out and Stella helped find a replacement hardware pack that I was able to purchase. Stella was fast and professional the whole time and was so helpful! I highly recommend!

Brand new corner bookcase has a problem and their response was parts unavailable and item is being discontinued. Try to find a local repair person. WOW. Disappointed is an understatement- Not what you expect.11-29. I did immediately resend as you requested. No response yet.12-4. A week has passed. No response12-7. They have gone dark. Their offer to assist after sending direct email went nowhere. Be VERY cautious with these folks. Support is non-responsive.

Talk about excellent customer service!! I purchased a triple bunk bed back in 2019 and moved to a different place and took this bed with me. During the move, i lost many of the screws and thought it was over. Decided to call furniture of America and see if they still have these screws.To my amazement they did! I was willing to pay for them and they said it will cost $35 which it was better than buying a whole new bunk bed. A few days later, they emailed me and stated "As a one time courtesy, I've gone ahead and mail out these bolts to you at no cost."How awesome is that!!!Thank you for truly making me feel like a valued customer.

I've had to order spare parts for an old bunk bed system twice (me forgetting that the drawers slide straight out) and the team was incredible at finding me the right parts and quickly getting the order(s) handled and out the door. Thanks Kristie!

I bought a dining table through overstock/bed, bath and beyond! There has been zero update on my shipping details. Tried contacting bed, bath and beyond customer service who literally couldn't give me any details. When I contacted FOA since they were listed as the shipper, Stella Chun was super great. She tracked my package and informed me all details. She was very reassuring and that's all it takes to make a customer happy. In the future I would rather buy directly from them other than going through bed, bath and beyond with their horrible customer service. They pay their representatives to push customers away.

Can’t love them enough. Excellent customer service, to this day never had an issue. Exchanges are a breeze, representative’s are always fun and nice. Love Angela Mata, she’s literally the best. Been with them for years and will continue to purchase. Quality is outstanding, and I love going to the trade shows. Also, they always help me load my merchandise, no questions asked and I always tip the guys, I appreciate the fact they let me tip them for their help.

Update (3/8) The order issue was from their GA location. GA warehouse continue to misguide the dealer and hence myself that item was not available in stock, never placed an order with the CA warehouse to send them the sofa set for 4 months. I am baffled why they have been dishonest and lied to us for 4 months. I will surely be asking for discount due to this hefty delay.As soon as I posted my review here with CA warehouse, they immediately and amicably addressed the issue with tremendous customer support and is shipping out the sofa set to GA location. Hopefully I will get it this month.Update: Emailed the owner as per their reply to my post below. FoA retailer is Mattress an Furniture Super Center in Tampa, FL.
