Flap meat (Carne Ranchera) was very tender and cut was thin. Great for the carne asada. Great meat selection and price. The bakery had variety of mexican bread. Will definitely do my grocery shopping here.

Reasonable price produce and meat and fresh fish. Variety of Taiwanese snacks can be found here! Cashiers are courteous. They are always ready to help you to locate your needs. The venue is an older building, but well organized. Definitely shop here for Asian and Spanish groceries.

This is your typical Asian and Hispanic market. They have a large meat and seafood department with live seafood. Produce prices are better than the chain supermarkets but quality is average. Would only come here to shop for convenience. Large parking lot

This Asian supermarket is tucked in a plaza which is mostly a Hispanic sort of community. There are shelves that display Taiwanese products. As you walk to a different area there are shelves that focus on hispanic products. The rest of the store is focused on Asian products. The store looks dated but inside seems clean and organized. As you enter there is a little heated lamp area near the cashier with Taiwanese bento and other ready to eat food. If the Taiwanese bento does appeal to your liking, you can walk towards the far left corner where you can ask the staff to make a Taiwanese bento that is made to order. The live seafood section seems limited, the seafood area seems sub par as the fishy smell is quite strong.

Their taiwanese railroad bentos are SO good! They taste just like the ones in Taiwan. They do sell out though, so make sure you go early~

Our go-to Asian market in the SGV area, this hidden gem offers an impressive selection and fantastic weekly deals. We particularly appreciate their customer support through the LINE group. The store is exceptionally well-maintained, and the staff is consistently helpful. It exudes a warm 'Mom-and-Pop' vibe, which brings back memories from my time in the grocery business over a decade ago. The popcorn chicken station is a must-visit, reminiscent of the flavors of Taiwan. A pro tip: order your food first, and by the time you've finished exploring the store, your delicious order will be ready too. Enjoy the fragrance during your drive home, and it's okay to sneak a popcorn chicken, or fishcake, or two, or three while you're driving. Nobody is gonna know... Darn it, better turn around and order more... LOL!

After spending a beautiful day in Huntington Beach and rinsing off all the beach sand, salt, quicksilver, billabong, and volcom, I suddenly felt the urge to eat popcorn chicken and drink boba to rediscover my Asian identity #iykyk. There is no better place for popcorn chicken and authentic fried to order snacks than the Taiwanese street food stall in Secoya Market. Even the signs have the authentic red lettering with the yellow background like the night markets in Taiwan. For me, popcorn chicken tastes even better when mixed with fried fish cake, calamari, and Taiwanese sausage. It's hard to get bored with all the variety of flavors and textures, perfectly fried and seasoned. The more the merrier. The 4 stars are for the food stall, but I hope the market itself does well. Secoya Market is an interesting mix between an Asian and Hispanic market, reflecting the demographics of the neighborhood, but also trying to attract Asian customers from the western end of Hacienda Heights. Most Asian markets in this part of the SGV are east of Azusa Avenue. I'm not sure how successful this strategy is, but they should consider moving upscale like H-Mart in Arcadia. Every time I go into the Arcadia H-Mart, 70% of the customers are in the produce section. More affluent customers really do care about the quality of produce and meat, and there is no benefit to a race to the bottom. Ok I should feel embarrassed talking about an industry I have no experience in, but I feel for the lonely Taiwanese street food stall in the middle of nowhere. Mission accomplished: Asian identity fully charged.

A bad place to shop. If you are not Hispanic you may be the next target. Never go after dark. Recently pizza company had someone waiting for closing. Pizza co is a great place to eat lunch. ?

This grocery store is a gem! The shelves are always stocked, and the produce is fresh. The staff is super friendly and ready to assist. I love the wide organic selection they offer. Prices are reasonable, and the checkout process is swift. Also, they have Taiwanese style food for a foodie like me! Definitely is my go-to place for groceries!

I enjoy the wide selection of exotic foods and delicacies. Unfortunately just like everywhere else these days, the place can be how can i put this delicately, a bit segregated. I had a few children tell me too get out of their store. But the sashimi is sushi grade and the price is right. Be willing to put up with dirty looks and you’ll enjoy the food.
