“I contacted the business with an inquiry about flower combinations and quote. The owner got back to me the next day with questions and included her phone number to text her the ideas I have in mind. I sent her pictures and she sent me a quote and what she could do. The entire exchange felt personalized, came with options and was handled through text (the preferred communication and payment style of early Millennials ) Patty? Patricia? I failed to ask what her preferred name was, but she will be texting me pictures of the final product as well. This experience was 100x better than paying for overpriced arrangements through a site that links to unknown florists who often times deliver arrangements that look nothing like what was advertised. They dropped off the flowers day of the funeral without me even realizing. The associate that helped me was very kind and enthusiastic when making my simple small order. My flower is for my boyfriend who passed away 4 years ago today, it’s going to be placed on the site where him and his grandmother are. I know he’s gonna love it, purple is his favorite color. “Debbie and her Aquafuzion team designed and delivered breathtaking florals for our wedding at the Skirball. Our ballroom has high ceilings so she created centerpieces that complemented. She was so great to work with--I prepared a document (ok I work a desk job running a projects so I couldn't help myself) and she was accommodating and open to my ideas. What she and her team delivered was were stunning and memorable, on theme, generous, and operations were smooth. Their work is classy, romantic, luxurious, and personal. To boot: Aquafuzion is an AAPI woman owned company based in SGV. They are a florist of record for the prestigious The Langham Hotel in San Marino/Pasadena. I would recommend Debbie and her team any day. Any friend of mine who is getting married in LA will not hear the end of my gratitude and recommendations to work with Debbie and Aquafuzion. I selected a cross based on her pictures. The arraignment was beautifully done and exactly like the picture I had selected. She even sent me a video and picture of the arraignment the night before to make sure I was pleased with it, now that is customer service!
