they allow their trainers to harass new hires during christmas time and if you bring it up with a manager, they move you to a different location with less hours and more work instead of talking to the trainer. one of the leads, Charlie Reyes, will try to get you to work overtime, if you bring up any religous exemptions he will tell you "not my problem" and allow you to be marked as a no call no show. the warehouse manager, Josh, will try to resolve issues one on one but thats only to avoid HR and not do paperwork. after so many incidents and dealing with bad coworkers, i had some personal health issues and when i returned was told i was "in the process of being fired" then upon picking up my last check, they intentionally marked me as "resigning" after I made it very clear to the manager that was not the case. ive worked plenty of warehouse jobs but by far Fedex Ground was the worst. i wish anyone who is desperate for work luck.

This is probably the worst FedEx I've ever been to, it was small narrow horrible diagonal parking trailers everywhere this place was a mess ? it's hard to believe it was a FedEx.

FedEx is stupid! I showed up to pick up my package and was told that there is no front office and I have to call a number inside the building to bring my package to the door. I called the number and no one answered for 45 minutes.

Entry for truck is in the back. This place is small but has bathrooms with free showers and snack machines for truckers. The entrance for trucks is not where the GPS tells you, you have to go on the north side and pass several warehouses of other companies and there is a small entrance without a sign or indications

If you live in a gated community forget it, the drivers are dog isht, you will not get your package. Your gonna have to pick it up at this facility. However the people at the facility are nice. FACTS!!!

May have to go to another separate facility. I had to wait 2+ hrs along with other drivers for load to be completed. Must have vest on before they'll work with you.

I wish I could give FedEx a zero-star rating, but unfortunately, one star is as low as it goes. I've been waiting for my package for two excruciating months, and I'm still waiting. The frustration and disappointment I've experienced with FedEx's service are unparalleled.My package was shipped to FedEx in a timely manner, but as soon as it entered their system, it was like it entered a black hole. The tracking information has been stuck in the "in transit" phase for weeks now, with no updates or signs of progress. I have contacted FedEx's customer service multiple times, but they seem completely clueless about the whereabouts of my package. I've been given promises of call-backs and updates, but it's all empty words and false assurances.The level of incompetence displayed by FedEx is astounding. It's hard to believe that a company that was once renowned for its speedy and reliable service has now deteriorated to such abysmal levels. My package was supposed to be a birthday gift for a loved one, but now it's a running joke, and the punch line is FedEx's inability to deliver.The lack of accountability and communication is infuriating. I understand that unexpected delays and issues can happen, but keeping customers in the dark and not making any effort to resolve the situation is simply unacceptable. I regret entrusting FedEx with my package and would caution others to think twice before using their services.I can only hope that my package will eventually be delivered, but as the days pass, it seems less and less likely. If you're considering using FedEx, I advise you to save yourself the headache and opt for a more reliable shipping company. FedEx's service is nothing but a disappointment, and I will never use them again.

Work at DB Fedex 0909 flex side, we need new loaders, the new hirea lazy workers show up 2 days a week, most are just sleep in trailers. Work loads too much when 6 to 8 trailers in load side arent even open. You can see them sleeping in trailer. Lazy people trying to free load free money

Miss working here, now work at the Diamond bar facility, on plus side my pay went up $22.50 package hander, but hate the chewy boxes missing lables invisible barcodes, flexside people get mad at us when it the manufacture and people themselves who mess up the labales, we fix it best we can. No need to go Kanye West on us, we just work hard fixing customer's mistakes best we can before delivery
