Parts department understaffed and lacking customer service. Was asked to provide name and telephone number to make a purchase. Would not sell me item without me writing down my name and phone number. Seems like they are more interested in client's personal information than being "helpful Honda" staff.

I just bought a brand new 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback and the service was GREAT! Edgar was an amazing sales associate who helped us with everything we needed! He was able to come up with a great deal that we wanted and he informed us with every little detail we needed to know about the functionality of the car and so on. He was even kind enough to get the car all cleaned up from the interior to the exterior and fill up the gas tank! I would DEFINITELY recommend his service as well as this specific dealership generally, they were very friendly and accommodating to your needs!

Had an amazing experience buying my new car - ask for Joseph. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for from the get go and he gave me just that! Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable on the entire process from start to finish. I am glad I bought my brand new car from here to have this wonderful experience!

Ask for Joseph! The dealership had an exact used Silverado that I was looking for. He helped me get my dream truck and he made everything smooth. Out of all my cars, this has been the first dealership where I did not feel pressured. I got a way better deal coming here than actually going to Chevy. If you are looking for a Honda, Joseph is your guy. My family and friends will be coming here in the future if they ever need a Honda.

They will try to rip you off in the service department. John from service does not have good customer service abilities. Kept saying that "who is going to pay his tech" when I was arguing that my warranty covered the service. Why is paying his tech my problem? That is not a good tactic. A customer does not want to hear those words, maybe some words of encouragement would have helped. And to a problem that potentially they caused being that I had just taken the car for service a couple days prior. I will not be taking my car there anymore.

So disappointed in the customer service here. They are so unapologetic and non accommodating. I even spoke to the service supervisor Oscar after sharing my unpleasant experience with Joanne in service and he too had no sense of urgency of concern for my dissatisfaction. If they continue to treat their customers like this, they are going to lose a lot of business. Norm Reeves takes care of me every time so I will continue to go there instead.

This is now my second purchase at Diamond Honda and it did not dissapoint! Joseph was my salesman for both ocassions and he was a huge help. I told him what i was looking for...my $$ ranges and prefrences and he got me the deals! My dad got his first truck off a dealer and im happy Joseph was there to help us.The first time i came in for a Civic, Joseph helped me too and i ended up getting a waaaayyy better deal for an Accord Hybrid. If you are looking for a great Honda salesman, that wont be pushy, and helps...this is the place!

First racist and unprofessional experience that had ever happened to me. Would give a 10/10 for theatrics and misogyny. They will talk down to you over the phone. They will lose your invoice. Change your invoice in front of you in pen. They even had my name spelled wrong and two different addresses on file. Just because I "couldn't understand" should not initiate the service guy (John) to ask if I understood English or Spanish better because I had to raise voice. If you want good mechanics but bad service. Here is your place.Will be contacting the lender to make a merchant complaint and the Better Business Bureau. These people are scam artists. They should not be able to change your invoice after a month in black pen.

Parts department has always provided me with great customer service. But unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service consultant and another older gentleman, heavy set guy with gray hair also in service department. I was here to pickup a vehicle that had been serviced and received very rude customer service from service department. Will make sure to let my company, family & freinds to look elsewhere for honda dealer service. Which sucks, I love the honda brand but will not experience any uncalled for disrespect.

I get my car serviced here and great experience always here at Diamond Honda. They honored their warranty policy when I had issues with my transmission. After being advised of my options to fix my A/C by Diamond Honda PH, I chose to go to an independent mechanic which in my mind (and pocket book) "fixed" my issues. After leaving a negative review (which I have recently retracted) I was contacted by the service manager Oscar. He reached out and wanted to rectify the situation. So I went back and met with Oscar as well as the Lead/Senior Service tech. They Inspected and retested my A/C system with me present. Not only was I impressed with the findings (and disappointed with "my" mechanic) but was extremely impressed with Oscars willingness to make things right. He advised me of my options and went above and beyond to help me out. .....Bottom line- By addressing an unhappy customer, educating me on the reality of the issues I was facing and fixing my A/C to factory specs, -Oscar Ramirez and PH Diamond Honda really made sure Their customer was truly satisfied!I can say with certainty that I for sure will be back and continue to have PH DH service my Honda!!!

Diamond Honda, wow, what an amazing dealership! From the minute we stepped on their lot, we received top-notch service. Edgar, could not have been more thorough in sharing every detail of the car. Driving away from the lot, I felt I knew my car inside and out. Thanks Edgar! Our experience with the sales department, Alex and Brian, was great as well. They made it quick and easy to purchase our car. I would highly recommend Diamond Honda for any future purchases. This family-owned dealership truly knows how to make their customers, feel welcome, supported, and certainly excited about buying a car. After our purchase, we even got to ring the authentic gong in their show room. What a treat! Buying a car is a big purchase in life. However, Diamond Honda made it seamless and fun. I know we’ll have our CR-V Hybrid for a long time, but when we’re ready for our next Honda, we will surely be going back to Diamond Honda.
