Response to Honda:
Was your sales team made aware of the Honda C-RV 2023 ST Hybrid recalls? Four different recalls, including one for electric transmission and one for 12-volt battery cables. Why were my mother and I not made aware of these recalls prior to purchasing the vehicle? Why were we not guaranteed with proof that the issue for those recalls had been repaired on our vehicle? This is negligent on behalf of your dealership.
Let’s see if these plagues are adequately resolved, I sincerely hope so. The CRV I purchased from your dealership lost power 12 times this week alone.
TLDR; Car battery has died over 30 times since purchase 10 months ago and 12 times this week.
In May of 2023 I came here and bought a previously leased 2023 CRV HYBRID ST with 28k miles already on it. They were eager to sell me the all the bells and whistles, we even got the extra warranty.
Two months after I bought the car, the battery started dying. First seldomly, and then almost every week. I went in multiple times, and every time they said it was a different problem. Once it was my fault for possibly leaving things on that drain the power, another time it was rats. Every time I would do as they advised.
Now, it’s almost 10 months since I bought the car, and I still have the same problem. I replaced the battery on my own dime, same problem. This week (with a 9-5, full-time job) I’ve gotten into my car 4 days in before and after work a row to a dead battery.
I believe they sold me a lemon. If going to the dealership and getting it serviced multiple times has not solved the issue, I don’t know what will.

I Bought two Key remote Batteries for $20. I didn't know I could buy a 5 pack for $3.99 on Amazon. Ignorance sucks... LoL... My Fault... (CR2032)

I’ve had so many issues with folks here on the service end of things. Whether it’s on the phone or in person, myself or someone else who is taking my vehicle to be serviced, representatives have been so rude and unwilling to help. Although I bought my vehicle here, I actively go to other dealerships for repairs.

This is a very shady store. I smiled playfully before buying the car. I didn’t care about it after buying the car. I didn’t reply to messages. Because I didn’t understand English, the negotiated price changed. Especially don’t trust Asian faces at all. They are real. Liars, they brought Chinese tricks to the United States and used them to the best of their ability. Although I also speak Chinese, I will never be like you as a person. It’s too bad.

My relative bought a car here recently from Joseph Oh and they mentioned it was the BEST car buying experience they've ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with them, even though they don't speak English well. If any of our friends or family need a Honda, he's going to be out go to person from here on out! Thanks for making the experience enjoyable. The dealership is lucky to have such a valuable employee.

I don’t recommend everyone to buy a car in this store. If you choose Honda for loan and after-sales service, no one will care about you. No one can tell you clearly or solve the troubles you are facing. I will pay you a down payment of 10,000! Six-year loan! 17% interest! I asked for a few months extension during the repayment period! No one told me there would be an increase in fees! How much will it cost! Not a word was said! July 26, 2004 is my final repayment period! But I found that I still have to repay 3180! Will the fee for my request for a five-month extension of repayment be doubled? How to calculate! What I'm asking for is an extension! Not increase my total repayment! So I contacted the loan company of this store countless times but could not get an answer to my question! So I don't recommend this store! It will reduce your troubles if you find a company with better after-sales service.

Waiting at parts dept. for 8 minutes ringing the bell 3 times no one comes out. Lady said there’s the manager so I ask and he said wait, so I just left, if he doesn’t want my business then feeling is the same. Norm Reeves WC has better customer service.

I had the best car by an experience with Brian, the fleet and Internet sales manager at diamond Honda. I used to be a senior credit analyst at an auto finance company, and these guys are amazing from top to bottom not only with their pricing but with the way they treat their clients. They didn’t play games with me as far as pricing or what they could do with my trade-in and they were always respectful. I brought my brother with me. Talk to me not him because they knew I was the one buying the car. I did drive another car at another dealership and received horrible treatment. They spoke to my brother the whole time played games. Did the normal car dealer stuff you normally would expect. And without any hesitation, I went back to Honda and I told them, I’m buying this car because of Brian and the way he treated me. I also met John who is the sales manager I believe and Raphael who wasn’t financed. They were also amazing very respectful very straightforward. No games.

We bought our CRV new in 2018. In 2021 the battery was found defective and was replaced for free by Diamond Honda. A few weeks ago the battery was acting out again. We called Diamond Honda and told them that our battery is under warranty and needs to be replaced. They said to bring it in so it could be checked if it is under warranty. They found out the battery was defective again, instead of replacing it for free they charged us $200 something for the battery which was clearly under warranty we had the original receipt of when the battery was replaced in 2021 and the sticker on it even said 100 month warranty. They said if we want to buy the battery somewhere else that they would charge us a service fee for checking the battery! This is madness! They were the ones who told us to bring it in so they could check it on the first place! We just paid for it because we needed to use the car and it is was very difficult situation for my wife. Warranties are there for a reason and not honoring it when you need your car the most is just infuriating!
