The sales people cannot simply ring your order so you can pay and leave. You must stand with a sales person overseeing you checking yourself out at a kiosk? Tough job for the sales person just watching each customer? They should have these employees emptying the large trash container sitting at the front door to the store. It is always over flowing with trash when I visit this store.

I usually don’t have a problem at this CVS—there’s a cashier who’s really sweet and always has a good attitude that works here. However, I recently went in to buy medication that’s in the locked case in the back and the only employee available wasn’t in any uniform/didn’t have a badge that I could see so I didn’t think she worked there. She watched me walk through the whole store looking for someone to ask for help—I finally asked her and she was extremely rude to me and told me there’s a button that I can press instead of looking for someone. In other words, she admitted that she knew I needed help that whole time and chose to not to approach me…I said please and thank you and tried to be kind, but it just made her even meaner. It was such an unpleasant experience; I really don’t want to come back here ever again.

come here whenever i need 2 pick up somethin inda pharmacy but they also carry beers so thats pretty convenient they often only have 1 cashier, so i took off a star

Have difficulties getting special brand's of ?, they go thru great lengths to fulfilling my needs, then, personally call when pick up is ready

Worst CVS! Drive thru are always out of order. Everytime I get there, they're broken! Yesterday, I was there with my grandson in his car seat sleeping. I decided to go drive thru to pick up my meds. The "Pick up" lane will tell you to go to the first lane bec the machine is broken, so I drove around, finding out the first lane was also out of order. Hope they can put orange cones blocking both sides letting customets know both are out of order AGAIN!!!

They never have prescription meds, always a long line and they shut the gate exactly at closing when customers are in line.

I'm usually very patient and understanding but the ladies at this pharmacy are very rude. My son's prescription didn't come through on their end and getting them to help was like pulling teeth. I was asked to come back in an hour and when I did they still didn't have it and once again didn't want to help. On top of the back and forth, their customer service was terrible and unprofessional. If you're not going to care and go above and beyond, don't work with people. I have a sick son at home waiting for me and I've been dealing with this situation for the last 1.5 hours. Ridiculous!

I was there around 8:40am this morning. Cashier who helped me was not kind. She talked like machine. Not to the person.I usually go to different CVS but they are always kind.After I found out ensure plus I bought for my friend were not the kind she liked. I bought those with my flex card from my medicare insurance. When I called if I could exchange for different flavor the guy told me I couldn't exchange . He said something like cheating with insurance card I couldn't even understand. I couldn't even imagine how can people cheat with that card. It's okay not to exchange if that's the policy but he was yelling at me while he was talking about the cheating that I couldn't even imagineHe should learn the manners how to respect the customers. Awful!!!Horrible!!!!Maybe that's how he talks to his mother!I will never go back to this horrible place.???????
