I'm usually very patient and understanding but the ladies at this pharmacy are very rude. My son's prescription didn't come through on their end and getting them to help was like pulling teeth. I was asked to come back in an hour and when I did they still didn't have it and once again didn't want to help. On top of the back and forth, their customer service was terrible and unprofessional. If you're not going to care and go above and beyond, don't work with people. I have a sick son at home waiting for me and I've been dealing with this situation for the last 1.5 hours. Ridiculous!

This has to be one of the worst pharmacy's in the area. My adventures with Diabetes and trying to get 24 blood monitors. Originally, my doctor prescribed the FreeStyle Libre. CVS sold me the receiver without any monitors... Mind you, they have all your records and can see that you've never purchased any full-time monitoring. So i went back and asked them for some sensors, they sold me sensors (the old stuff - 1st generation stuff), but the wrong ones... the reader they sold me, couldn't read the sensors... why sell me stuff that is incompatible, again, they know what they're selling you, they just DGAF about anything, or do their due diligence. Now, i'm supposed to be getting something newer, but a one month supply costs about the same as a 3 month supply of the original... wtf? on top of that, they didn't sell me everything I needed to make it all work. There's the sensor, transmitter, and receiver (don't need the receiver, your phone will work with the right app). so i've been going back and forth with these clowns trying to get the original sensors, but they can't take back the one they just sold me. so, i had to buy the transmitter... ok fine....if you want true customer service, don't expect it from here... these people DGAF about you... nor will they assist you in getting you what you need... they will just sell you the most expensive stuff and be done with you...I will be moving to Wal-grens or Wal-Mart after this crap... this is my second bad review, of this place, and it's people with mulitple bad experiences because of their lack of due diligence. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Not sure about the bad reviews. I have had nothing but great service at this CVS location. The cashier Henry is always very friendly and the managers always willing to go above and beyond to assist, especially Shiovanne. This store is always fully stocked and clean, but the customer service is what makes it better than most.

Every time I get medicine here, it's very unlucky. That woman named Charlie, you are really very rude. You are very rude. Without educationI'm a patient and I really need help to call you, otherwise I wouldn't have taken the time to make this call.But you interrupted me very rudely. You don't understand what my child is going through and how uncomfortable it is for her to have no medication. However, you only let me see your cold-blooded ruthlessness. I won't take medicine here again. Very disappointed.

People need to understand that there are only 2 employees in the store at a time and i don't think it's up to the employees how many of them are scheduled. The times I've gone i have been helped by a young lady who is very nice and i can tell she is trying her best to help everyone out. It can get hectic sometimes because there are people who don't know how to work the self checkout machines so an employee has to help them, there are people waiting in line, and then there are people waiting for the employee to unlock a certain item. I applaud this young lady for her patience because i have seen people get mad because a coupon wasn't applied and she explains why it wasn't applied without being condescending. This has been my favorite cvs to go to since it's very organized and cleaner than other cvs's I've gone to.Note: I have not used the pharmacy so I can't say whether you should get your pharmacy needs from this location.

OMG! I cant believe the attitude of employees in this establishment. This is a service type of business and employees should conduct as such. Managers MUST train their staff the basics of customer service, at the least, to treat their CUSTOMERS, of ALL AGES,, with utmost respect AT ALL TIMES!The older adult (lady with faded purple streak hair who can't control her temper) is a bad influence to the younger staff. She's not cut out for the front job and should be given a job inside the stock room, where she has no interaction with customers.

So far the only annoying thing about this location for me is that no one ever seems to want to ring you up themselves. They always direct you to one or 2 of the self check outs which NEVER WORK!!!! Get it fixed!!!!!

I've never had an issue here @ CVS with their cashiers except today 11/28/22 at 11am. His name was Chris and is part of the management team (per his name tag) which is very unfortunate. I came to pick up cold medicine as I woke up feeling sick and everyone I lived with were not home and at work so I had to go. I was wearing a mask to protect people who like Chris, are not wearing a mask which is his absolute right. He had a hard time hearing my care card number and instead of just asking for me to repeat my number, he had to add "I can't hear you because of your mask." I found it rude and distasteful. I'm protecting people like you from possible cold, flu or COVID. My advice is keep that kind of comment to yourself Chris and hope other people in management know better than him. And hey maybe you should get your ears checked, maybe it's the plexi glass divider or maybe it's because there was another customer checking out and talking with the other cashier right next to us.

Outstanding employee that help me got my medicine from my dentist she took extra effort to get my medicine ready in less than 30 minutes very knowledgeable and very helpful

Never any help employees stand behind counter don't even acknowledge you when you walk up.Waiting for pain prescription out of hospital to get my medication website says pharmacy open til midnight NOT TRUEIMAGINE BEING JUST RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL AND NO MEDICATION AVAILABLE TIL 9am it's awefulTold pharmacy next morning that my doctor purposely looked up the store so I could have my medicine and when I got to store the pharmacy closed????? He didn't care at all.Not a good night with no medication available CVS can afford to hire more employees and be open longer hoursCheap company!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. DO NOT COME HERE unless if you like wasting your time. I dropped off a prescription at 9am for some insulin pen needles. They said because the doctor did not write the quantity of the needles they would need to confirm and call me back when the order was ready. No problem. I call back several hours later (maybe 1pm) asking if the pen needles are ready, they tell me that my doctor didn't pick up the phone nor faxed back. I called again around 3pm and same answer I get from the pharmacy that the doctor didn't respond back. I then call the doctor giving them a heads up to respond back to them, however the doctor said she never received anything. The doctor was kind enough to call the pharmacy to confirm the amount of needles needed. I come back around 530pm and they tell me my order isn't ready as the pharmacist is out on lunch, this is 8.5 hours after I initially gave them the prescription. I then come back at 6pm only for the pharmacist to tell me they do not have the specific size in stock. Like WTF. They could've just checked right from the beginning if they even had it in stock and not waste my time. I waited 9 hours for them to tell me it's out of stock and now I have to go elsewhere. WORST CVS pharmacy ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Very dissapointed!!!The Supervisor or Manager name Crystal was so rude and no respect with customers. People come there to pick up medications and sometimes doesn't feel good, and here's come Crystal who approached and treat customers as she was the Original Karen style. It's really not good to CVS having this kind of employee who doesn't know how to treat customers with kindness. She needs to go back to school and learn how to be a good customer service communicator. Hope someone will review the CCTV on that store in 21590 Valley Blvd. and listen how she talked to her customer date 03.06.2022 time between 1:30 to 1:50pm
