Ive lived in a lot of apartments and this one with csc machines is the worst laundry situation I’ve ever experienced. The washer regularly is unusable not because the machine is broken but because it won’t connect to the app you have to use. Our machine was down for 2 months as they were “waiting on a part” to fix this problem, which is now still not regularly solved.

This company services our apartment in Culver City. They dodge any and all responsibilities and do not maintain washing machines. The machines regularly damage clothing or stain them.

We have both dryer and washer from them for a couple years. The customer service is terrible. The machines does not work and have to put in service request every two week. For the machine replacement, they said they will contact us back but no call back. Every single time I call to follow up, they give me the same answer over and over again with no call back. Don've even think about getting their service. It's a headache and super unprofessional.

These people are the worst. They don’t come out to fix broken machines on time when you report them, and when they finally do they don’t fix them and the same machines are broken down in a week. I’ve had a refund request in for over two months and they won’t respond. Truly a terrible company that aHOA should avoid at all costs

People complain so much about this service, but lack to mention how they take advantage and don’t use machines how they’re supposed to be used, People overstuff machines, use wrong soaps that clog up equipment, completely disregard the respect for the machine.

For two years the washing bins in 3308 Castle Heights Ave building have been reported as rusted and damaging clothing. Maintenance says this is CSC service works issue and CSC service works says it is a management company issue. I do not know who is at fault but here is a picture of the rusted bins.

This companies, machines, service, and operations are garbage. Its soo frustrating to do laundry in my apartment because the app always freezes, never loads, glitches and isn't accurate as well as the washer and dryer which always break down every other day and lack routine maintenance from the company. If you are a property owner looking to receive service from this company, please do yourself and tenants a favor and avoid this company!!!!

Total Scammer! Worst service I have ever encountered! They sent out phishing email for some kinda dumb reward will redirect you to illegitimate websites. Machine takes your money without providing services. You use your app for refund and no refund is going back to you. I called them 5 times for help they hang up on me 5 times. WORST WORST WORST!

Truly the worst vendor I've ever worked with. The machines break down all the time. CSC claims they come to fix them but somehow, they are still broken down. If you email, no one responds. I have emailed four times in November...no response. I finally called and was put on hold for over an hour. Then, when I finally talked to someone...wait for it...she told me to EMAIL THEM. I asked to speak to a Manager. Once I got connected to the manager, the connection was fuzzy and I couldn't understand a word she said. Then, we DISCONNECTED. After waiting an hour and a half to talk to her...no return call...no email...they had all my info, knew who they were talking to and just blew me off. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. RUN FROM THEM. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

This company has the worst customer service EVER! You cannot reach your account manager directly, they do not answer. You sit on hold for over an hour, sometimes 2 hours. They do not fix their machines. If I could give them 0 stars I would have! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CSC SERVICE WORKS!!!
