Such a useless company their machine is broke and somehow still charged my card

Most of the machines are broken and yet they charge for it. When requested for refund no one responds back and neither do they ever refund.

This company services our apartment in Culver City. They dodge any and all responsibilities and do not maintain washing machines. The machines regularly damage clothing or stain them.
