I showed him the style of chandelier I want so he showed me the similar customize style. I decided to buy 2 chandeliers from the store & the installation went very well. You can choose higher grade of crystal with a small add on fee. The owner is very nice & he can customize the crystal shapes. Highly recommend the store.

I have been a customer at the City of Industry location for years. I recently went back to make a purchase for my investment property. The selection is still pretty awesome. The salespersons are always helpful. For a fee, they will install the chandelier for you.
