“Big shout out to Terri and Susan ! These two really are the best here at this location. I had an issue at a different branch location, and came here to explain what had happened and how i was disappointed with the false hope/miscommunication I was presented with. They both took the time to listen as well as try to find solutions to take care of me as their valued customer to do anything they can to help resolve the issue that had happened at a different location. Again, I'm so glad these two were able to start off the help I needed and escalate the matter further to get better assistance and resolve the issue for me. “We went in to open bank account and we didn't have appointment. It was fairly quick. They run your credit to open bank account which I found odd but they have great interest rates for their customers so it's worth it. We were done by 30 mins. We had filled out most information online so it made it quicker.”

“This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”

“Just bought a car using Autoland. This is a car buying service which you can access through the credit union. First time purchasing a car this way. It was seamless and the rep was so helpful-- I highly recommend buying your car this way. They have access to many dealers which gives them a wide array of vehicles to choose from.”
“BE AWARE OF CUNA DEBT PROTECTWhen I refinance my car, I noticed that my car balance was increasing $25 per month, which I found it shocking since I never heard that term in the refinancing agreements, turns out that it is an extra insurance that if a credit user from the car passes away, they pay the car as well. My car was not very expensive, so I did not find it necessary. If you don't want to be charged $25 extra, be aware of the cuna debt protect in your account statements. Polite people, low interest rates. I recommend coming here to refinance but be aware of extra charges.”
