Staff are friendly and love the gas prices. They have a new scanner as you go in to show your membership, I used the app, not sure if membership card works too.

Great place to get Gasoline.
One hack is their roasted chicken legs quarter. It is from the leftover roast chicken from previous night. It's also $4.99 per box. They use the breast for salad.
But it sold out quickly, don't bother to ask the deli employee. If it's not out, someone else already picked it up.

Optometry: I went to get glasses and was having a difficult time choosing frames. Vanessa, oh so patiently, helped me choose the right frames for my face. I even ended up buying prescription sunglasses thanks to her!! She was so knowledgeable and kind! We need more people like her in this world!! Thank you Vanessa!!

I decided to be become a executive member because of an advertisement i received. So I went to 17550 Castleton st. We arrived at 9:45am went up to the entrance & ask where do I begin my membership? She directed me to enter through the exit. So as I did 2 individuals were at a computer talking to each other & they pointed to the membership line. So I stood there for there was no one in line. Yet 4 employees were piddling around acting like they didn't see me. After waiting15 mins. A woman finally went up to the same individuals & asked them to take care of me. I patiently waited but I was totally turned off by the customer acknowledgement. There is a lack of courtesy & customer service & I decided to walk out after the young lady said I can help you. Even after 15 minutes ago she had pointed to the line. I walked out saying thanks but no thanks. You obviously don't have your act together & membership attentiveness is not important . I will not be a member after this experience.

This review is only for the checkout clerks' attitudes. EMPLOYEES NEED ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS! I've been to this location several times now, but none of the checkout clerks have said hello or thank you, and are rude.
I have been a member for many years, and I enjoy shopping at Costco. However, this place needs to remind the employees about being kind to customers who are paying their wages. Just terrible!

This was my second time here this month. I experienced no customer service from the cashiers. No greetings or anything. I walked up and said hi to the cashier there was no response.
Today 06/25/24 about 7:30 PM I went in and returned my items the caucasian guy did not greet me at all and got ignored even though I started to greet him first. Things got pretty bad after I made the return credit back to my credit card and I realized 1 item got left out and didn't get credit back after I looked at the receipt. I walked back and he knew about it and didn't even call me back and didn't apologize at all. Costco customer services are getting worse or maybe I’m Asian and we are in an Asian town the non-Asian associates got annoyed by the all Asian customers. Note to the employees if you don't like Asians please ask to be transferred out you working in an Asian area. Customers are there to shop and pay for their merchandise not begging for free stuff. Remember this, without customers you guys will have no job. Costco is not paying you guys low wages so treat your customers with respect. Note to upper management please give your store employees some basic customer service training.

I just went to pickup a prescription. As I do each month. The associate at the pharmacy told me you have ran out. He was going to call my doctor and take care of it. I went back later and the associate told me your doctor hasn't called back. No heads up from the pharmacy by 3:45pm. Same reply we are waiting for your doctor. I call my doctor. They are now closed for the day. If it's to much trouble to get a hold of my doctor. Just let me know. This is the first time the pharmacy has told me my prescription had ran out. Disappointing
