I went in because my in laws have been going here for years. I needed my engagement ring looked at because I thought some diamonds were loose. Jennifer took care of everything and was fantastic to work with. I don't think I'll go to another jeweler for anything anymore.

What an outstanding service. Their watch repair man is wonderful. Replaced my quartz lens, cleaned the inside, replaced my battery. Took extra time to be sure he put the exact fit. My watch looks like new. Citizen watches are good watches. You get what you pay for. You go to the mall, and people there don't spend time with your watch. Just open up the back, not even clean, nothing. Just shove it back in. Watch still looks bad.But this repair man, took his time, saw him look through lens to be sure the right one went in. He put some kind of glue to watcher proof the lens again. Then he use spray cleaners to get all the past dirt out. My watch looks like new when I got it back. Great service he provides. Thank you! A happy customer.

The store has various individual vendors; one of which was a watch repair kiosk. He repaired am Omega gold band for me; after I left I realize that he took one of the links off, which contained several gold pieces, worth probably a few hundred dollars. DO NOT GO BACK, or be very careful of what you have done.
