Stay away from this place for service, it's horrible. Took my car in to have several things done. The car was vibrating when we applied the brakes, supposedly they fixed it. My wife picked it up and it's much worse. They obviously didn't test drive it and when you call to talk to the manager Robert Gonzales, forget it. He never answers or returns calls. I've bought 4 vehicles throughout the years from this dealer....two of them when they were owned by the Hoffman's in La Puente and two suburbans from their current location when they were still owned by the family. I wouldn't do business with these guys now, their service has gone down hill maybe due to new ownership but terrible. They've ruined what used to be a nice dealership. I warned my wife about a them but she decided to take it to them for the convenience of being close to where we live, we will use the Mark Christopher dealership in Ontario moving forward even thou it farther out.The company that bought this dealer is Pendragon North American they are headquartered in Mission Viejo, their number is949-365-8750. I will be calling them.

Got lured inn by a tire change deal... In return they were trying to charge us $250 for a 5-point check !!!!! Took advantage of my 84-year-old mother.Senior citizens beware.. I went in with her and fought the issue and they dropped the $250 charge!!!

We dropped my car off yesterday morning 12/27/23 at opening for the 4th time same issues. It's now 5:38 pm and our car has sat and no one has had a chance to diagnose the issues yet. Hope they get to it tomorrow because would love to have my car for New Year's Eve.

Scheduled a appointment at 9am and I drove and shown up on time. Louise helped me when I arrived and Louis said the car was getting detailed and he said wait and he would bring it out. So I waited then Louis came out and said the car was at the body shop ???Louis was then attended with his sales manager and I asked what was the issue to be at the body shop and he said a key scratch on the door. I asked would they be interested in a offer and the manager said yes they could do a price of $25kI said ok but need to physically seethe vehicle. Louis called me in the afternoon and said the car was back. I went back out to the dealership and I seen the whole side of the car repainted as well as the rear quarter panel and mentioned that to the manager and Louis. Also told the manager that the rear rotor had hairline cracks. Manager said the safety check might had missed that and shrugged it off ?????Then I said why so many body parts were painted vs his earlier statement that just the door had a key scratch ????? No answerThen asked what could they do on price ? Manager said $27.9k.....What and the he said plus "accessories" charge extra of $2050. that was for a tracker for stolen vehicles ??? I said I don't need that and the manager said that comes with all the vehicles.Please be aware of this dealership. I will contact the owner Jim ross and let him know my experience there and hopefully can clarify this is how they do business there.....

The Service/Repair department is a damn mess. Purchased my 2023 Equinox in April. Very next day i notice that the grill is damaged. Call the service department, they tell me to bring it in that day. I bring it in, they examine it and acknowledge the grill damage, unfortunately we need to order the parts probably takes 2-3 weeks. Mind you i live about an 45min away, but i understood and went back home. For the next 3-4 months they give me the run around about the part, i would say 3 different occasions they called me and said the part is in, so i stop by, and every time its another "unfortunately". Around end of July i get a notice for Recall for my vehicle. and in middle of August i get notification that my grill is in, plus i was due for an oil change. So I call in and make an appointment. They said all three procedures would take over 5 hours. So i take DAY off of work to all this. I drop my car off around 830, expecting maybe 330-0430. I never receive a call, so i just go in at 5pm. "is my car done" Yeah everything is done. In my head, then why didnt you call me. I get into my car, notice the grill wasnt fixed... "hmm excuse me what happened to the grill..."Unfortunately the parts to put on the grill is not here" I was livid, then why did it take over 6 hours to finish this car for the recall and oil change? I get a call to come back to fix the grill about 2 weeks later. Drop it off, service guy says it wont take more than hour and half. So i decide to just stay in the waiting lobby. THE FFREAKING PROCESS TAKES 4.5 Hours. Worse of all, this guy tells me my car ready and to come outside, i freaking wait another 40 minutes outside to pullout my car!!!! I feel ok this the last time im coming here!!I get a call today, that my Recall Hasnt been done according to my VIN number... I was like what the fuck did you guys do two months ago when i was there for almost 6 hours, change my oil? Theres no way i will go back here, im currently looking for a better ran Chevy dealer, this place is joke, They dont care about other peoples time, Freaking all the 'dudes" in there service department give a fratboy vibe or house party boy vibe, like waiting to get off work, so they all can hang out and have a house party.I would never buy from here again. Ive bought about 7 cars from a dealership, this has been the absolute worse experience.

Do yourself a favor & shop via Hertz if you're looking for a used vehicle. Clueless receptionist, inexperienced salesperson, and unhelpful managers (especially Paul) are the nicest things I can say about this place.

I moved to the area recently, so my usual dealer is a bit out of the way. I took the car in for a Recall, and they estimated 4 hrs to be completed. They had a driver take me home, and also sent a driver to pick me up in the afternoon. A car wash would have earned them 5 stars.

REPAIR: I've been to this dealership off and on over the years. A long time ago I found a service manager I trusted, but eventually he left. I've had subsequent ones that fleeced me, at other times was treated a little rudely, so I stopped coming back. Fast forward, I needed a coolant change only a dealership can perform. I came in fully expecting to be fleeced and pressured into "highly recommended" services. To my surprise there was no up-sell and the service came in under the quote. More over they hustled to get me in and out quickly. I was taken back by the experience, it was one of the best I had at a mechanics. Ask for the service tech named Rivera. With that said, let me know if it's a one off or if it's really a change.

The service department is awesome I got a rebuilt engine on my Silverado Ernesto Gil was my consultant he made me feel real special I have been to other Chevrolet dealerships before but this service department is the king of the hill there busy because there good . The service manager is all on hands making sure the customers come first but that Ernesto Gil is the man on the move making sure the job gets done right , great master mechanics on duty.kings at there trade so if you want to have your chev fixed right come see the experience of a real shop if your chev needs to stay to be looked at be patient leave it with confidence believe me peoples I am very picky and now my truck is new again just awesome !!

Horrible customer service. I hate that I live close to the puente hills one and I need to go out of my way to the Covina location for service or anything I need just so that I don't deal with the horrible service this location offers.

Dropped my truck off and never got an update would call to get updates the ladies that would answer would be rude and never get me in contact with the guy I left my truck to never gave me their names either to report them

Went for a test drive. The sticker stated 36k the online price was 31k. We drove from the inland empire specifically asking if the vehicle was the online price of 31k. We test drove the traverse and then it was disclosed there is a MANDATORY online gps Chevrolet puente hills app and diamond coat sealant you have to pay for. That IS NOT included in the price. This is a mandatory add on and they do not disclose how much it is until you sit down to talk finance. We left for this classic "modern" take on the bait and switch. Don't waste your time.

Had a great experience on my last visit. Amanda helped me at the service desk for a simple oil change. Once completed she helped and provided me with a ton of information on the issues they saw. The best part about it with her research, everything is covered under my warranty. I'm always happy when I hear that the work needed is covered and FREE!!!! Thank you for your diligence in helping out Amanda!
