They play games with phone when calling the toll free number. I got hung up on and disconnected several times. The 2 guys in technical support were very arrogant and try to get rid of you when asking questions. They also become very defensive if you might actually know more than they do. What is the point of offering support on products and nobody answers and the employees are getting away with these phone games. They say call is recorded but you can't get to speak with anyone si there is nothing that can be recorded. Unbelievable.

Their Made-in-Mexico brake pads had to be "modified" by cutting the additional & unnecessary tab off of the leading edge of the pad in order to facilitate installation. Called them, and they really don't care & offered no assistance/tech support or any interest in understanding the problem. Very poor representation.

Unloaded in 15 mins, 11pm, pulled out of dock parked on the street, went to sleep, woke up in the morning to clean the trailer, big hole in the roof.contacted management, they said everything has to go thru insurance, no help.

Horrible experience. This place likes to play favorites with certain retailers and does not help other businesses. Centric Parts is greedy. Centric Parts is not a reputable company you will want on your car. They represent the worst customer service and manufactured parts known in the aftermarket industry. Absolutely disgusting company to do business with.
