I went there with my mom in 2018 I'll never go there again they destroyed the inside of my mom's car and took her coins and messed with the radio this place Is awful back in 2017-2018 I've had to watch the employees vacuum as well they do a half decent job i wouldn't recommend it even though that car wash is permanently closed down the last thing I need is one of the workers messing around inside the car and making a even bigger mess I wouldn't recommend it at all the other car was I went to right by the Mexican restaurant I've been hearing stories how haunted it was and how someone seriously died as well that employee who worked at hacienda car wash moved to stoner creek car wash as well I guess he left I remember seeing him he looked tired and worn out as well I'm glad that car wash is closed the last manager who ran the car wash charged my mom like seriously come on that car wash wasn't worth it at all a waste of time and energy and money that manager ripped my mom off twice yeah who knew something like that was gonna happen this car wash does a half decent job of doing anything that it's supposed to do especially when it needs to be done correctly and the right way I didn't expect that car wash to stoop that low I had expectations until that rotten lady cheated my mom out of her money again that was the last and final straw for my mom that car wash can't even do its job right and that lady at the desk was a witch she was awful and terrible and vile I really wanted to tell the manager about it I'm glad it's leasing they need new equipment and better person at the desk that equipment in that car barely worked the last time i went there was in 2016 the car wash tunnel completely stopped after that this isn't the first time I've had to stand there and watch it happen the second time i went with my mom they told her something i had to stand there and watch my mom wasn't happy you literally have to watch these clowns vacuum your car because they be doing half jobs at it that entire tunnel needs a complete makeover I'm sorry but I was not convinced nor impressed anymore how the heck do you screw up on vacuuming and do a half decent job like seriously come on this is why I would rather go to a self service car wash like quick quack this car wash has gone down the drain they scammed my mom more than 15 times my mom was not happy about it I wasn't happy at all i had to seriously watch these people vacuum knowing they do a half decent job I'm highly disappointed with that car wash I'd thought I'd never say this but that car wash was literally on the verge of going out of business and the tunnel needed new equipment and dryers and other stuff the front to back mitters barely worked when the car went through and the side to side mitters couldn't even move either and the drop down dryers could hardly do anything that whole tunnel needs a complete makeover I'm highly disappointed to see something like that get this bad and repetitive I'm glad lm not living in the city of industry in California anymore now i know how bad things have gotten since then I moved to Sacramento California things In my hometown will never change at all such a shame

I have the monthly membership which I got on promo so I'm paying $20 a month for the top service. It's great for those who don't have an area to wash their car or don't want to spend too much time. Not a touch free wash so better for daily drivers.

Appears that the car wash is closed. I've gone by several times a week and they were never opened. Last week I drove by and they have a sign out front that says for lease.

Never can depend on whether it's going to be open. This drive through yourself was not a very good idea. I might as well go to a gas station's car wash if that's the case.

I used to come here all the time but they have changed ownership and since Covid, waaaaaaaaaaay too much has changed. They now charge what other places would for a full service car wash except here, all you are getting is the outside of your car washed and a crappy wipe down. You vacuum the interior yourself, drive your car through the wash, they wipe it down super quick when it comes through the machine and you park it on the side where you have to do the rest. I didn't realize that I would be doing most of the work and they do not tell you what their wash entrails. For the price I paid, I should have went to a full service car wash or just done it all myself and saved money.

I used to come here before COVID regularly and it was pretty good. They no longer have the same service and it's hit or miss to get a good cleaning and drying for the outside of your car. I always get extra towels to detail or there are spots and water runs which leave marks on the paint. All in all it's faster than washing and waxing it myself and that's the point of it all. If they added a spot free rinse and did a better job of pre scrubbing with plus selling of air fresheners they would have a great thing going.

This place is the worst. Their customer service was never that good before the pandemic but now it ridiculous. even if they were the last car wash in a 30 mile radius I'd rather drive the extra time then come here. I came here a month ago and I wanted a detail he told me because of corona virus they cannot do a detail. Really we are into year two of this pandemic no one thinks you're going to get coronavirus from cleaning seats come on now. Anyways fast forward to today decided to give them another try came in ask for a detail. Of course they said they couldn't do it for some other excuse. That's it lost my business I'll drive the extra 10 miles to a car wash that has there s*** together tired of this place and there million excuses.

Came here last Friday morning and a lot has changed since COVID. I've been here before and I remember that I liked the service and the job that these guys do here. You're able to pick from several different wash options and they even have a monthly membership option which is pretty neat. I was like one of the few customers here in the morning so I didn't feel rushed or anything. The guy up front that helped me was very cordial and well-mannered. He advised that due to COVID, the vacuums are now self-serve. I didn't mind that, tbh I sort of expected that. After you vacuum your car, you just run it through the tunnel and make sure that your car is in neutral, and you close all your windows. Afterwards, they let you park your car on the side and you can do some last minute washing on your interior because they're not allowed to go inside for safety precautions. At the end, I asked the guy that helped me in the beginning if they still gave out their scented air fresheners, because I remember that they had a variety of scents and I recall liking their jasmine scent. He said that they now charge it for $2.00 and it doesn't come with the wash anymore so that was a bummer but oh well. COVID changed everything. Next time I'm in the area I'll stop by again. TL;DR Decent car wash with friendly people. I liked their jasmine scent. They have a monthly car wash option.

Cheap on both price and wash quality. They has nice vacuum area, but wash quality is just fair.
