I went to have a battery replaced in my watch.. the watch meant a lot to me. It was my mother’s watch. He changed the battery set the time one hour behind.. I did not understand that. He looked at me weird. I get home and my watch has water in it. I took it to another jeweler and he said it was submerged in water. I trusted this person in a mall that is on the brink of closure. GOOD BYE TO A JEWELER THAT SABOTAGED MY WATCH!! Hey there’s something I can do about that! LEGALLY

I took my mom's watch for a battery. I've come here quite a few times. I never would ever have thought this man submerged my watch in water it's destroyed. HEARTLESS! because of the way he did it. He set the time 1 hour later than it was..I wondered about that followed by a dirty look I have to add. Small claims! DESTROYED MY WATCH! that is so sad. I took it to a professional jeweler so much water it was totally destroyed! Thats dirty! HATER

Don't let the size of this shop fool you-- the man working here is quick and does great quality work. I had a 3 stones missing from my engagement ring and he was able to replace them plus clean my ring in 25 min. Price is very reasonable as well.

Walked in looking for a nose piercing and the man was on his phone and pointed to the piercings. So when we were looking at them he comes to us rudely and says " I DIDNT SAY LOOK THERE!! I SAID LOOK OVER HERE!!" When we told him he didn't have to be rude he told us to leave ... Not sure if he was having a bad day but he needs a Attitude adjustment or he needs to learn some good customer service!!! Idc if his jewelry is cheap but I'm Never going here again!!
